On February 4th, I went to get my oil changed at Airpark. Everything was fine until I left the dealership. As I drove my car, I noticed my right (passenger side)view mirror was off so I tried fixing it by a Everything was fine until I left the dealership. As I drove my car, I noticed my right (passenger side)view mirror was off so I tried fixing it by adjusting the auto buttons however it did not work because it was the encasement that was busted and not the mirror. In fact I almost got hit by another car when I changed lane because the encasement moved and was totally out of place; I got home to find the the encasement of sideview mirror completely busted. It would not stay in place nor can it be adjusted. There was nothing wrong with my sideview mirrors prior to going to the dealership so I was very disappointed even more so when I called Airpark the following day on Saturday Feb. 5th to check if I could bring my car in to be fix the damage and was told I needed to bring it the folowing week. I am the kind of person who depends on sideview mirrors when driving so I view this as a serious concern because my safety is compromised. Not only is this an inconvenience but also time consuming to return to the dealership for some damage caused during my oil change at Airpark. Perhaps, the dealership need to run a thorough check on the entire vehicle to check for damages prior to releasing it back to the customer. There was a mixup as far as my coverage and whether or not I should be billed for the oil change. The oil changes were rolled into my financing package, but weren't showing up as being covered. My Jeep went in for a warranty repair & again my service advisor Michael Calu was extremely helpful in handling the situation very promptly & efficiently. Terry from service assisted in this process by chec advisor Michael Calu was extremely helpful in handling the situation very promptly & efficiently. Terry from service assisted in this process by checkin my Jeep in & directing me to the Enterprise rental counter. Michael also helped me with the MPP rep about the disappearing deductible. Since purchasing this Jeep in March 2010, I only have it serviced at Airpark & will continue to only service it at Airpark, due in large part to the quality employees with excellent customer service skills. Steve did a great job coordinating my warranty issue repairs. The truck looks great and is running great. Steve coordinated with Chrysler to repair and replace two warrant issues that had not been corre repairs. The truck looks great and is running great. I had my Jeep Wrangler serviced on 1/10/11, due to it shaking on occasion. $296.00 later my vehicle still shakes, in fact even worse than before I brought it in for service. Aaron did state that it would probably still shake and recommended I purchase new tires, which are not required at this time per Discount Tires. I feel my time and funds were not well spent. Overall my experience was good. The cost of $951.00 seemed very high to me for 30,000s service. My vehicle was not there that long. my husband owns a Toyota 4 wheel drive tundra, same year as my jeep seemed very high to me for 30,000s service. My vehicle was not there that long. my husband owns a Toyota 4 wheel drive tundra, same year as my jeep, his 30,000 mi service was less than half the cost. i do feel the cost of service will factor in to any decision I make about purchasing another vehicle in the future. I am always pleased with the promptness and friendly atmosphere of Airpark Jeep. This last episode of my window falling off the track during my Christmas shopping rush, was handled with calm and efficie atmosphere of Airpark Jeep. I was frantic but was reassured by the service manager and my own service rep, Michael Calu. Michael even checked with me to see if I needed an oil change and tire rotation. So along with fixing my window, we even took care of some maintenance that needed attention. While I waited for my car, I was able to peruse the lot for new models of Jeep and wasn't "Jumped Upon" by sales people. One salesperson, Susan, came and chatted with me and encouraged me to make myself at home on the lot and if I had any questions, she'd be willing to help me. I appreciated that greatly. More
The people I mentioned above have always gone way above and beyond my expectations for a dealership. I have had to bring my car back a second time to fix a problem but it was by no means due to a lack of t and beyond my expectations for a dealership. I have always felt they did the job to the best of their ability and if it was not fixed correctly the first time it was not due to not trying. I was not upset to have to return a second time to fix the fix. All the employees at this dealership are wonderful and I want to THANK THEM ALL. I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend them highly. Oh! Just so you don't think I'm a first time buyer, I have had many cars over the years and have had 5 Jeeps also I'm 60 years young. You replaced the windshield wippers on my van. When I turned them on later in the day one of the blades must have been bent as they were hooked together then came apart but when they came back together t turned them on later in the day one of the blades must have been bent as they were hooked together then came apart but when they came back together they got tangled together badly and what a mess. I drove back to your dealership and you repalced them right away. The rating is based on the return visit. More
