Poor Service I had a very poor experience with the service department at Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep today (1/14/15). I scheduled an appointment for 7:40am this m I had a very poor experience with the service department at Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep today (1/14/15). I scheduled an appointment for 7:40am this morning for an oil change on my 2014 jeep. When I dropped my jeep off with the Service Advisor I was not given a time when the jeep would be ready but instead was told he would call me. Since I was back in the area around 10:30am and my jeep was only scheduled for an oil change I called the Service Advisor to determine if my jeep was ready for me to pick up. I left a voicemail message. I never received a call back. At 2:30 I was in the area again and this time instead of calling the Service Advisor directly I called the main service number. After waiting on hold for over 5 minutes and spelling my name 3 different times for the person who answered the phone, she finally found my account and told me that she was not sure if my jeep was ready or not and that my Service Advisor was busy with another customer but would call me back. I never received a call back. At 4:00pm my wife dropped me off at the dealership. I found the Service Advisor who told me that my jeep was ready but still needed to be washed which would take 10 minutes. 20 minutes later the jeep was finally ready for me to drive away. When I asked the Service Advisor why he did not return my calls he stated that he received my voicemail message but does not typically have time to call his customers back as he is too busy. He then said that he did not receive my second message. More
Ram 3500 2014 Scottsdale Airpark ram I purchased my Ram 3500 2014 from Scottsdale Airpark ram in Arizona. This dealership will not help me with any of the below issues, nor do a buy back. I purchased my Ram 3500 2014 from Scottsdale Airpark ram in Arizona. This dealership will not help me with any of the below issues, nor do a buy back. Chrysler, paid a tech to do a ride along, and the tech seen all the below issues, but the computer said the truck was fine. Well it is NOT fine. This is the biggest piece of xxxx on the road. Please read #15. 1) The exhaust break does NOT work, 100% of the time. 2) There is no power from the turbo. I can't even tow my 10,000lb toy hauler up a hill. On my way to Flagstaff a 1973 40' Winnebago passed me. xxx! 3) Passenger rear light out, still shows up on screen. Airpark ram can't fix this. 4) Passenger light on step is now out. it was working when I dropped it off on 12-3-14 5) Steering wheel is still sloppy. There is to much play. This is the fifth time they tightened it. 6) There is masking tape residue on the passenger side, after the windshield was removed at Airpark, to install the new ceiling. 7) Still no stopping power from truck breaks when trailer is hooked up. 8) Replace ceiling. Bill has it ordered. Never installed after a month and a half. 9) Tires are bald. Bill has an email to Coy. Waiting on response. Response was Not our problem. The tires on my Ram 3500 are not to load specs, that Scottsdale Airpark Ram installed. 10) There still is loud eerie creaking noises coming from truck, when in off position 11) The horn, sometimes sounds weak. You can hardly hear it. 12) Still no power, and lag when towing a trailer. 13) The truck auto starts on it's own. 14) The truck will not let you in sometimes when using the remote. 15) BE VERY CAREFULL!!!!! The truck will go into full acceleration when you are driving. It has almost KILLED me, and others when this happens. 16) There are so many more issues with this vehicle, and it's computer system, I could go on for hours. I would like to start a class action law suit against Airpark Ram and Chrysler. Please call if you have the same issues. Todd Meyer 480-248-0194 More
Purchased my Jeep from Airpark Jeep and that is where the adventure begins. The Finance Director is the rudest person I have ever met. When I traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee due to issues that could not b adventure begins. The Finance Director is the rudest person I have ever met. When I traded in my Jeep Grand Cherokee due to issues that could not be resolved, first I took a bath on that transaction, second they were suppose to transfer all the warranties that I had purchased over to the new JKUR Wrangler. Well they did, but instead of issuing a Chrysler Warranty, they purchased a MPP Warranty (which is owned by the same company as Airpark). After several conversations I decided to return the warranty. I was told to expect the check in 4 weeks. When the check was not received...I went down to the dealership and asked for an update-- I was told that MPP sent the check to my lien holder. Well that is great but the Jeep is paid off so now what. I was told its out of their hands ... oh did I mention that at no time did they ask me for proof of a pink slip? nope I even asked ... So basically I am out $2500.00 unless the bank catches the overage. They would not give me any information (who the check was from, issuing bank, reference number- nope nothing no contact information at all). Granted I was getting frustrated at this point and I asked the Finance Director (who came over to see what is up) so now what?...how am I suppose to follow-up? Well he took exception to this question and asked me to leave. So here is the moral of the story... when they change process or give you false/incorrect information and you ask now what do you do ... they simply don't care ... and only care until you purchase the vehicle -- once the money is laid down ... you are asked to leave. They simply do not care about customers or the customer experience. Now about the service... (note the service director is new and is a really nice guy) the department still is suffering from a talent perspective. Todd is working on the issue however at the time of this writing the following is true. Be prepared to take your vehicle back at least 3 times for the same thing before there is a chance of it being fixed. On several occasions I took my Jeep in at 7:00 AM only to be told at 3:00 PM that they would not have time to perform the requested service. On other occasions I was told a part was in ... drove down only to find out that the part was not in, or wrong, or was given to another customer. Beware-- you have been warned !!! More
I bought a new dodge charger from another dealership and took it for its first oil change at this dealership since it is close to my work. I waited to buy a car for a long time a got a really cool car, the took it for its first oil change at this dealership since it is close to my work. I waited to buy a car for a long time a got a really cool car, the charger road and track with the hemi engine. It is a black car with black interior and powerful. When I picked up my car the valet kid smirked at me weird and when I got back to my office, that is just under one mile away I realized there was 30 more miles on my car than the mileage out on my paperwork. I went and looked at the car and there was mud under the car and on the wheels and the car was supposed to be washed. I was in a hurry when I picked up the car so did not think to look for this at the time. I called my service writer who never called me back, still hasn't, I called the Service Manager who denied any wrongdoing. Then I called the General Manager daily. It was four days before I got a phone call back. He also denied it and said, "What do you expect me to do? Fire everybody?" Not the appropriate response to a customer whose car was essentially stolen and taken for a joy ride apparently on an unpaved road. Never got an apology, never offered to pay for a quality check by another dealer, never offered to credit the card for the service, or reimburse for the gas used on this joy ride. Nothing. I highly encourage you to purchase and take your vehicle elsewhere. Who knows what the staff are doing with those cars. More
