However, it should be noted that the entire staff was diligent, hard-working, and cencerned about my needs and everything it takes to keep my vehicle running at its optimal performance. I did encounter a question on my Maintenance Contract. My purchase agreement has an EC714N, which your personnel could not find in your description of maintenance contracts. I had a problem when I purchased the car, and reviewed the contract with a new contracts person. The agreement was updated at that time to reflect what I thought I purchased. Unfortunately this person passed away recently. Could you please review your old maintenance contracts an let me know what EC714N includes. This was my second car purchased at Airpark. The first was a 2006 PT Cruiser. I bought a maintenance agreement that covered all recommended maintenance during the warranty period. I asked for the same contract on the Caliber, for ALL recommended maintenance for the warranty period, which was extended to 84 mo, 75K miles. Please review your records and let me know what happened! In the past I have recommended your dealership because of the excellent record, but now, two years later, I am not sure! My sales person was the same for both cars, Lisa Strassman, who is a great person. More

I am very impressed with your dealership that you have hired someone of Paul's knowledgeable, keeps me informed of what is going on in the process. I am very impressed with your dealership that you have hired someone of Paul's caliber (no pun intended since I own a Calibre :)) to serve your customer service clients needs. Never having owned a Dodge before I am also quite pleased with the responsiveness of the car; the comfortable ride whether in the City or driving to California, northern Arizona, etc. I have recommended Airpark to several friends. I am very pleased with the level of service I receive at Airpark Chrysler. I have routine maintenance performed here and have had some major repairs and body work performed as well. I would like to let you know that Paul Guthart has been my advisor since I bought the car at your dealership and is very professional and does a great job of explaining repairs,costs and time needed to do the job. Aaron was great-I actually asked to be switched to him being my Service Advisor permanently, as I have had nothing but horrible service and attitude from Paul Gerhardt. If I could not have changed, I would of found another dealership. As a professional, I expect to be treated like one and telling me there is a skeleton crew on Saturdays so that I would feel it was my problem to get in, then that he needs his Saturdays off too, etc. I had enough. The first time I brought my vehicle in, my son and I had to wait for over 4 hours to get the vehicle back, and called Paul several times to find out the status of my Jeep, of which he still had not called me back and I had to just go to the dealership to find my vehicle was ready and had been waiting for me. However, due to his lack of customer service we had no idea it was ready to go. I do enjoy everyone at Airpark Jeep, however, Mr. Gerhardt was more then I wanted to deal with. The staff and Aaron were terrific this weekend and I could not have asked for better care. You may not remember me Henry, but you as well, have always taken very good care of me and my vehicle and I appreciate that greatly. I brought my car in for a major milage service and while there had a warranty item attended to. Aaron, my "new" service rep, was attentive and complete in describing the work that was done. It was a repeat service visit. Ray Blair was very helpful throughout the experience/visit. The Open was on TV; the place had no customers in the wait area except me--and some sales guys noisily wa helpful throughout the experience/visit. No coffee available unfortunately; no one seemed to be around to ask if coffee could be made (except guys watching Open who weren't drinking coffee) who didn't even acknowledge my existence. Wait area was quite cold but it was a cold day in AZ! Expected wait time was accurate. Car was rinsed off; good service overall from the service department & cashier. A note about this survey, however! In the "optional" below, it appears that this survey is about sales, not service. More
