Aaron Baez has been wonderful and has always had his best foot forward in assisting. My answer for over all experience as bad - is simply because this last visit rendered an expected wait time that was by foot forward in assisting. The two hours expressed time, stretched into ten hours (dropped off at 7 a.m. - picked up at 5:00 p.m.) A little adjusting and everyone is again good to go... thanks for asking for the feed back... MY JEEP WAS SERVICED ON 6/1/11 FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC LIGHT COMING ON. THE 30,000 MILE CHECK UP WAS DONE ALSO. TONIGHT 6/2 THE BRAKES ARE SQUEALING WHEN I BRAKE. I NOW HAVE TO BRING THE JEEP BACK IN. I COMING ON. THE 30,000 MILE CHECK UP WAS DONE ALSO. TONIGHT 6/2 THE BRAKES ARE SQUEALING WHEN I BRAKE. I NOW HAVE TO BRING THE JEEP BACK IN. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT PAUL A MESSAGE STATING I WILL BE THERE AT 7AM ON FRIDAY. AS YOU CAN IMAGINE I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS. ARE BRAKES , BRAKE PADS ETC NOT CHECKED DURING THE 30,000 MILE CHECK UP? People were great and I think they did all they could do for me at this time. But, I'm still not 100% happy with feel of brakes on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Would like to have firmer pedal that engages for me at this time. But, I'm still not 100% happy with feel of brakes on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Would like to have firmer pedal that engages closer to top of pedal travel. Other 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokees I have driven have had firmer brakes, but apparently this softer braking is within specifications and considered "normal". Will keep my eyes open for any TSB or other news about brake adjustments for this vehicle. More

David is very good. I have been shuffled around from one service person to another so David is the first service person I have had more then once. I had a lot of problems last year with my brakes and ever service person to another so David is the first service person I have had more then once. I had a lot of problems last year with my brakes and every time I brought the car in I was told everything was fine. Finally a notice came out about the front brakes and once they were replaced my car has been fine. I was quite upset about the "DEDUCTIBLE" More
Michael is always friendly and eager to help in any way he can. The shuttle drivers are also very helpful in getting my wife and myself to and from a local shopping mall. We bought our Chrysler Town & Country from Airpark Chrysler and have always been treated very fairly. It was a pleasure in dealing with all the personal at the dealership. We have a closer dealership but drive an extra 20 or so miles to have our vehicle serviced at Airpark Chrysler. More

The service rep has been very courteous and informative and does not seem to mind if I ask questions about the service that is being done on my car. I prefer to support my dealer, but price matching is important, or at least be competitive. I do understand you have to make some money to stay in business.
