Quick and excellent service I originally was going to take my brand new 2018 Jeep to Autonation because my Jeep would not start, which I had towed, but they said it would be at l I originally was going to take my brand new 2018 Jeep to Autonation because my Jeep would not start, which I had towed, but they said it would be at least 4 days before they could look at it since they were so busy. Airpark took me the same day without an appointment and my Jeep was ready the same day. George was professional, knowledgeable, took care of my Jeep quickly and provided excellent service. I'll definitely refer family and friends to visit Airpark and see George in service and be coming back and will use this as my dealership of preference. More

Mt service Advisor Jon Kenney was professional and knowledgeable and willing to fully explain the procedure and the process. Poor customer service They forgot about me! They had dropped me off down the road while I waited. John stated it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. John stated that he would call They forgot about me! They had dropped me off down the road while I waited. John stated it would take 1.5 - 2 hours. John stated that he would call me when my vehicle was ready and send an Uber to get me. Two hours into waiting, I called my service advisor. No return call. I called back 20 minutes later. Still no call back. I called a 3rd time. No one available to speak with me. I then took it upon myself to call an Uber to take me to the dealership. Upon arrival, I learned that my vehicle had been completed at 3:11pm. I was now 4:45pm. The service advisor, John Kenney, never returned my call (s). Never acknowledged me when I arrived at the dealership - me, clearly upset. The lady in the office was kind (D. Sandoval) and tried to help. More

Most recently, I set a 9:00 appointment for 6/27 to get the AC and a malfunction light looked at. I brought it in and was going to wait but John Marino said it would be a few hours, so I left and he agreed to call me after it was looked at. By 3:00, I had not received a call so I tried to contact him but he could not be located so I left a message to call me back. At 4:00, I called again and he still could not be located. I said I needed a call back ASAP as I was coming to pick it up at 5:00. I finally received a call back at 4:45 from John. He claimed that it was being looked at but the cause of the issue could not be determined and he asked if I was able to leave the vehicle or bring it back the next day but neither of these was an option. I picked up the vehicle to find out from another service person that the vehicle had not even been looked at yet. This exact same situation happened with another vehicle of mine about a year ago with Doug Chapman at this service center. I had assumed it had was a one-time scheduling error or something but realize this now that this is a common excuse used with the customers. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from this dealership and I am loyal to Chrysler and Dodge. They are the closest Chrysler/Dodge dealership to my home but I set an appointment with Chapman which is much farther away. The issue was fixed in under a day and I was continually updated about what was being done and when it would be ready. The repairs were done for less $ by Chapman than what Airpark said it would cost to just diagnose the problem. I will be taking my vehicle purchases and service needs elsewhere. More

Greeted by Leon, my customer service rep, immediately upon arrival. Enjoyed the great waiting area (water, coffee, donuts, popcorn) comfortable furniture. When my service was done, Leon escorted me back to my car. Although my service was routine, car’s running great. Will come to Airpark for future service needs. More
