As the car is back at Airpark because the first trip did nothing to fix the problem the issues with the way you work on cars should be looked at. My wife was given back a car that based on all the work that nothing to fix the problem the issues with the way you work on cars should be looked at. My wife was given back a car that based on all the work that is now being done to Fix the same issues from this ticket show the car was unsafe to drive. That your service team to say a car is fixed with everything that was truly wrong with my car is gross negligence on the part of the safe involved at Airpark. I am just glad that when I brought it back i demanded Henry authorize a rental car because what I got to start was just bring it back Monday. To answer the WHY just look at what the work being done to truly fix the problem is. The other big issue I have with Airpark's service department is I bring my car in for all its work and was never told on any issues with the front end suspension. I am pretty sure that all the issues being fixed currently didn't just happen overnight and a service department that really inspects cars when they are in for scheduled service would have seen some of the issues before they got to the point we are now. I think I could also make a case that the wearing out of the front tires is a direct result of Airpark's negligence in inspecting the car over the past two years when it has been in for service. As this is for your internal use I hope you do something about it but I am also looking into contacting Chrysler corp since the negligence you service departments showed has a direct impact on their brand and they should know the sloppy work being done at your dealership. I really appreciate the service professionals at Airpark. I will say I am not happy with my PT Cruiser this time. I had a 2001 bought it in 2003 and loved the car.this is when I met the Airpark group. Now wh I will say I am not happy with my PT Cruiser this time. I had a 2001 bought it in 2003 and loved the car.this is when I met the Airpark group. Now when I traded my wonderful 2004 350 Z for this 2008 PT Cruise that had nothing included not even cruise control. Which I assumed it had it included or I would not of purchased this model. I was miffed. I have had to put in a transmission, motor mounts and have had air-conditioning problems and some other main component. Now I had the MPP warranty and thank g-d for that. But this car was a rental with 48,000 miles when I purchased it and I wish I would not of felt I needed to take the only car for my trade.Again, the warranty has been utilized but if I were the company I would of taken the car back and gave me a different PT Cruiser....
