Recently I brought my personal Ram in for some minor warranty service and Jason was extremely helpful. The vehicle took a little longer to finish due to parts not in stock, and they took care of my additional day of rental expense as well. They found me a better finance rate than my own credit union, and have taken care of several other friends I’ve sent in. I don’t believe dealships like this exist anywhere else. Recall and Other Repairs I was very pleased with my service. I went in to get a recall repair done. They fixed that for no charge. I also had a check engine light on and was I was very pleased with my service. I went in to get a recall repair done. They fixed that for no charge. I also had a check engine light on and was expecting to have a big charge for repairs associated with that. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that the issue was fixed by their recall repairs. Most places would have used this opportunity to tell us we needed to spend a lot more money for other issues that they found. More
