The price paid at pickup was 60% higher than the quote at drop off. I was warned by the service advisor that the repair costs quoted needed to be updated as they were too low. Part of the 60% was 2 filters w drop off. I was warned by the service advisor that the repair costs quoted needed to be updated as they were too low. Part of the 60% was 2 filters which needed to be done but not in the original quote. But to add $900 to the bill could not be filters. This error was on the dealership and NOT the service advisor who has always been truthful as well as helpful. In the end my Jeep, which is my 5th, has always come back perfectly and my thanks to the mechanics and my advisor. Thankfully paying the bill isn’t a problem for me. But, I feel the dealership needs to provide the correct estimate at drop off. Barry Bingham More

Came in for my 2nd Jeep Wave free oil change. Since it was the 2nd I thought they would have that figured out but tried to charge me $167.
