Scheduled in for service at 7:45am on a Saturday, called probably 10 times between Saturday and Monday evening and couldn’t get ahold of my advisor Richard to see what was going on. Finally got receptionist probably 10 times between Saturday and Monday evening and couldn’t get ahold of my advisor Richard to see what was going on. Finally got receptionist to flag him down just to find out my vehicle hasn’t even been looked at. What is the point of an appointment if your car is just going to sit there untouched. Really disappointed with the lack of communication, ended up cancelling service as I needed my vehicle for work and didn’t know when or if my car would ever get looked at. More
Three calls leaving detailed messages with a live person and two attempts online to schedule service over the course of a month, on a Jeep. Every time promised a call back from a service advisor to schedu and two attempts online to schedule service over the course of a month, on a Jeep. Every time promised a call back from a service advisor to schedule. No response. Previous customer for many years. What is going on? This is a broken business model. Maybe add a metric that grades advisers on calling back customers and scheduling service. Good luck sorting it out. Going elsewhere. More
Unfortunately this is the worst dealership i have hate the displeasure of working with by quite a long shot. Over the course of 2 years they have had our vehicle for a total of 96 days and counting "10% o the displeasure of working with by quite a long shot. Over the course of 2 years they have had our vehicle for a total of 96 days and counting "10% of the total time of ownership this vehicle has been at their service shop" we would have it towed elsewhere but unfortuantely this is the closest dealer to our house so it is what Chrysler will cover for towing. in all 4 trips to the service center the technicians were clearly unhappy to have us there, unresponsive to all calls, voicemails, emails, and would routinely give us false information when we drove the 55 miles to go see in person what was happening with our vehicle. We have dealt with Scott Randall most recently who has blatantly lied to us several times regarding what is happening with our vehicle, in addition while stating in verbal conversations that he would provide us with a detailed list of all troubleshooting steps and services done on the vehicle over the past 55 consecutive days and counting, he has failed to provide this list while Mike at the service center who i can only ascertain is the floor manager and Scotts boss, has outright refused to provide us with this information. The vehicle has been brought in because the motor shut of in the middle of the road and upon attempting to turn it back on, had significant resistance against the starter and a knocking noise "either it threw a rod and its rod knock, or the timing chain failed and its having piston to valve contact" regardless the symptoms were obvious enough that any technician with even a small amount of knowledge should have been able to diagnose and resolve the issue rather quickly. Or so you would expect. 55 days later they still have yet to so much as attempt to turn the motor by hand to verify that it has resistance internally, or to remove any component of the motor and troubleshoot/diagnose anything beyond what they can plug in a scanning tool and see. 6 weeks of fighting with them, wasted time driving to/from the dealership, and extreme hassle due to loosing our house to a fire and being unable to move out trailer, horses, or racecars, and we are STILL being stonewalled by the dealership. the service tech refuses to answer the phone or call back, responds to emails very occasionally and ignores most of the questions askes, and refuses to provide us with any real information. Chrysler is also making it difficult to have this vehicle simply replaced as it is a lemon and qualifies both under state and federal law for a buyback, forcing us to look into spending yet another lengthy and frustrating amount of time at arbitration just to get them to do what they are legally obligated to at this point. I would not recommend ever spending money at a dealership as shady as this one. More
I should have read the reviews. This service department is worse than a joke. Totally rude and absolutely do not care about your time. Made an appointment with "Kyle" for a simple oil change for 1pm. Well, is worse than a joke. Totally rude and absolutely do not care about your time. Made an appointment with "Kyle" for a simple oil change for 1pm. Well, Kyle is no where to be found so spoke with "John Otara". He asked if I was dropping it off. I said no, that is why I made an appointment. He said it would take several hours (just to change oil). I asked where was the fast lane they advertised. He laughed. I asked why I made an appointment for. Answer was "you only made an appointment to speak to a service advisor." That's incredible on it's own, but then I asked where was the guy I made the appointment with and got a stupid blank look back. I again asked for the fast lane they advertised, and got a scough and then a laugh. As I'm leaving, another so called service advisor came out and the two started laughing at me that I expected that my appointment would be an actual appointment. How ridiculous! More
WARNING!!!!DO NOT BUY A CAR OR BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE. I brought my Jeep into the Airpark Jeep Chrysler for an oil change. The guy taking care of me said it will only take and hour and half to cha HERE. I brought my Jeep into the Airpark Jeep Chrysler for an oil change. The guy taking care of me said it will only take and hour and half to change the oil so I decided to stay. After two hours I went up to him and said “is my car ready?” He looked at my with complete surprise because he said he forgot about me. He ran to get my Jeep and had a young kid drive it over to me. As I walked up to my brand new Jeep I heard a very loud ticking noise coming from the engine. After I popped the hood and checked the dipstick I realized it was completely empty of any oil. They emptied my oil but forgot to put any back in. The distance from the garage and the drop off bay is very far. After complaining to anyone and everyone.....all managers were informed of this incident......This dealership decided to not do a dam thing for us. And they never contacted us about the problem. I will never bring my car back or ever recommend this dealership. They run the place like a jiffy lube. More
Came in for an “express” oil change. Said it’ll be 1 1/2-2 hours.which I wasn’t thrilled about. Came back two hours later and still haven’t touched it, told me it’s gonna be another 30 minutes. Won’t b 1/2-2 hours.which I wasn’t thrilled about. Came back two hours later and still haven’t touched it, told me it’s gonna be another 30 minutes. Won’t be coming back More
I had the pleasure of working with Eric Kittleman to purchase the 2" Mopar lift kit for my Wrangler JLUR. Eric is very knowledgeable about Jeeps and gave me some great tips well beyond lift kit info. Bi purchase the 2" Mopar lift kit for my Wrangler JLUR. Eric is very knowledgeable about Jeeps and gave me some great tips well beyond lift kit info. Billy Young performed the installation of the kit as well as the 4 wheel alignment after the kit was installed. Eric and Billy both did a great job and I actually got my Jeep back earlier than the promised time! The Jeep rides great on the roads, and we'll soon see what kind of difference the lift kit makes on the trails! Note: as for the review where it asks about the people I worked with in Management, I don't know who Glen Drobney is, thus the 3 star rating. More
Took my vehicle in for a transmission flush. Someone added 5 qts of oil to the engine. On top of what was already there. Almost ruined my engine. They totally denied any responsibility. Noticed other re added 5 qts of oil to the engine. On top of what was already there. Almost ruined my engine. They totally denied any responsibility. Noticed other reviews said to call the GM -Glen. Called him twice and he never called me back. NEVER trust your vehicle to them. More
Very disappointed with Airpark Jeep. Had a service appointment with Derrick today, for multiple ongoing issues concerning my backup sensors. Airpark rotated my 5 tires which caused the back sensors to appointment with Derrick today, for multiple ongoing issues concerning my backup sensors. Airpark rotated my 5 tires which caused the back sensors to continuously tone. The problem didn’t occur until I brought my JL to Airpark for an oil change and tire rotation. Following the tire rotation, the sensors toned whenever the JL was in reverse. Derek refused to recognize this as a warranty claim (Jeep is 6 months ) and refused to provide a loaner car, stating any repair was not under warranty. He stated he would be charged personally if he issued me a loaner. I went to another dealership, who recognized the issue, provided warranty service (which was to rotate the wheel), and quickly resolved the issue. Service. Never going to Airpark again. More
