Front passenger door chrome trim on new truck was blistered when purchased. Replacement trim piece ordered and arrived quickly. Old trim piece removed and replaced and I was out of there in a couple blistered when purchased. Replacement trim piece ordered and arrived quickly. Old trim piece removed and replaced and I was out of there in a couple of hours. Truck looks perfect! The ability to get prompt, quality, and reliable service is an important consideration in choosing a dealership. I have not been disappointed after two service department visits. My only disappointment (which does not reflect on the service advisor) is the inability to easily get a loaner vehicle when bringing my new $92K truck in for service (in this case, not necessary given that I was out of there in a couple of hours). Jon Kenney What is my service manager and took excellent care of me and my jeep. They took care of two recalls rotated my tires and change my oil all in four hours and provided me Lyft credits to get home a care of me and my jeep. The transmission went out on my brand new 2025 Ram one week after I bought it. My vehicle was in the shop for 13 days for repairs.
