I really really liked Ian. He was professional and relaxed not pushy. We made it pretty easy by already knowing which car we were coming to see and he allowed us to do our own thing. Nathan handled our request well, finding the type of used vehicle we had in mind. Steve presented us with all the information required to complete the transaction without being overly aggressive in selling vehicle we had in mind. Chris was great! We went to several other dealerships and didn't receive near as good of service as we received from Chris. Your dealership just didn't have the exact wrangler we were looking for. Terriber Service! Brought my car in for an oil change 3 months ago, and told them to look at my brakes their is a loud squeaking noise coming from the brakes. When i picked my car back up from the oil chan months ago, and told them to look at my brakes their is a loud squeaking noise coming from the brakes. When i picked my car back up from the oil changed, they told me my brakes where fine and its just the dust built-up and there is nothing to worry about. I brought in my car for an oil change last week, and they told me my front brakes are metal on metal. I spoke to the manager, and she told me she would investigate the manner and give me a call back. It took her 3 days to call back and i HAD TO CALL HER! She then told me the price on would be 199 for everything, which would be a $100 discount. And then told me to come in on saturday. I went in saturday at the time she told me, and i didn't have an appointment! She forget to write my appointment down on the books. It ended up taking 6 hours for a brake job that normally takes an hour and a half. Then when i checked out the price was 240. Because of shop parts, (well wasn't that supposed to be included in the 199 price, nobody would give me a proper explanation) Customer Service would not change at all on the price and management was no-where to be found. I will never take my car here ever again nor would i recommend it to anybody! Stay away! More
Upon arriving to the dealership on a Saturday Nick Walker greeted us and had all information ready about the vehicle we previously inquired about. We test drove the vehicle and within hours bought a 2011 Jee greeted us and had all information ready about the vehicle we previously inquired about. We test drove the vehicle and within hours bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee used. Dealing with Nick was a wonderful experience. We were told that he would be getting an Owner's Manual and a spare key to us on Monday. On Monday Nick called to explain there was no spare key or Owner's Manual at the dealership and said the spare key would cost $200.00 to get. I promptly said that he needs to get a spare key free of charge because I just bought a $30k vehicle and it should come with a spare key. Nick agreed and said he would get right to work on finding a spare key for me. On Wednesday I realized that the $500.00 check that was suppose to be held for 2 weeks was deposited and overdrew my bank account. I called Nick, Brandon Bingham and my husband called George the finance advisor we worked with. Scott the finance director called my husband back and explained a form was not filled out correctly to hold the check and we could drive up there (we live 45 min away) get a check to deposit into our bank account and give them another check to hold for 2 weeks. While up there Nick had us speak to Brandon Bingham about getting a spare key. Brandon was not very understanding of our need for a spare key and said he was trying to get us one by Friday. He seemed unhappy that we interrupted him with a quick question and rushed us along. Friday Nick called and set up a time with my husband to go up to the dealership to get a spare key. My husband and Nick decided on 1230 or 1 which was an hour and half from the time they spoke on the phone. My husband loaded up our baby and drove again 45 minutes to get to the dealership. When he got there he was asked by three different people if they could help him and everyone seemed to need to get someone else. Nobody could help him. Finally someone had him drive around to the service department and again two different people asked to help him and then had to find somebody else. When he finally spoke to a service department manager he was informed the key he needed was NOT IN STOCK and he would have to wait an hour and a half to get it to the dealership. Why was this not taken care of before he drove all the way up there. So my husband decided to wait. He arrived at the dealership at ten to 1 on Friday and did not leave until a little after 3pm! Needless to say he was not happy. Our experience with this dealership as a whole was very disappointing. We were extremely excited to find the car of our dreams and Nick Walker did an amazing job to help make sure we got this vehicle however almost every single person we encountered after Nick with the exception of Scott the Finance Manager was not up to par. We finally have a spare key and we love our car however the headache we had to experience to get here makes us think twice about recommending Airpark. More

Our situation called for a very fast response time and Ian was always prompt to return my calls and emails. If I owned a dealership, I would want to have an employee with the qualifications of Ian. We received nothing but professional response from the dealership. I was quite sorry that the available inventory did not allow for me to make a purchase at this time from Ian, however, if when the need arises again we will certainly come back to Airpark Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. More
