I gave Nathan a tough price objective which he was able to meet. From my perspective he worked on me as a potential buyer over about 1 month. Nathan did the actual purchase paperwork very quickly. MAYBE could have known a BIT more about options between the sport models and Sahara/Mountain, but I had visited other dealers and had a good knowledge base to start with. She was great on follow up and very flexible on scheduling follow-up for a test drive. Service has been good to work with for after-market installs and very professional. All in all, a VERY good buying experience, from sales through Finance (who was awesome and explained all the warranty options in great detail and was very honest about which options made the most sense for us). Would recommend this dealer strongly. More
The service performed on my vehicle did not fix the issue. In addition, the vehicle was returned in worse condition! The dealership left the car on and drained 1/2 my tank of gas and my starter battery issue. In addition, the vehicle was returned in worse condition! They had to jump the car in order for me to take it home (it's 6 month old); it didn't start once I got it home and since I didn't have another vehicle there to jump it, I was stuck! I brought in the car to fix a chronic problem (again) and they still haven't fixed it?!? I purchased this car new and have issue after issue...if only I could turn back the hands of time... I guess when you purchase the car for $50,000, they toss in the headaches for free. More
I could go on for days about the service I received. First off they worked with me over the internet to get me the exact Jeep I was looking for with the options I needed. This was a great time saver in my life. Then we worked out a price that we could all agree on (pending a final test drive). When I showed up the Wrangler was ready for my test drive. The sales staff was all really nice, and knowledgeable about their vehicles. There was absolutely no hassles, and it was an amazingly quick transaction. After the Jeep was paid for, the sales person took me around the dealer, and introduced me to the other service staff. They even gave me a free hat. I look forward to many years of service at this dealer, and most likely my next Jeep. More
This is the first time I worked with Steve Bacsi. He did a great job. However, I was not aware that Rich Garrick was no longer working for Airpark Dodge. I felt kind of silly calling his cell phone to find a great job. However, I was not aware that Rich Garrick was no longer working for Airpark Dodge. I felt kind of silly calling his cell phone to find out from him that he's working somewhere else. Also, his old desk phone number just kept ringing. A voice message saying that he no longer worked for the company, or to be transferred to another Service Manager, would've been nice. Alternately, you could've had whoever was taking over his customers call and introduce himself/herself, or even a courtesy e-mail. More

This was a service appointment for the Wrangler we purchased a week ago. We are in what I call the 'break in' period and there were two items that needed attention. A gasket on the AC had failed so th purchased a week ago. We are in what I call the 'break in' period and there were two items that needed attention. A gasket on the AC had failed so that was replaced with refrigerant...much needed for us here right now. The other item was a missing bushing from the factory. Paul was kind enough to look up the build date and time for us so we could find out if this was a Friday build or not! We were treated well and my husband appreciated the courtesy drop off since we had to leave it over night. No one gave us a hard time even though we had to come back later to get the items I had left in the Wrangler but needed for work the next day. More
I received the absolute worst service from Earnhardt here in AZ on Arizona Avenue. All I needed was a new battery and a new tail light cover ($100.00 decuctible as required by my service contract). I was told that the process would take only a few hours, yet they had to keep it the whole day and over night. The charges came to $342.00: I paid for the battery and was charged $187,oo for labor and a misc. charge of @117.66 ( for what I know not, because they failed, even after my request, to clearly itemize the exact charges for the exact charges product and service! They nearly have changed my mind about owning another Chrysler auto. If it were not for Airpark Chrysler Jeep Dodg..., I would never consider buying the Chrysler 300 that i have been considering! More
