Nathan was not even aware of the damage to the vehicle we were interested in. He worked with us and we decided to still purchase the vehicle with the understanding that the dealership would replace the front were interested in. Additionally the car did not come with a manual and Nathan claimed that he was working on getting one for it. Nathan seemed like your typical car salesman who was only interested in the sale rather than customer satisfaction. The gentleman who explained the financing, however, was the most pleasant and thorough person involved in our awful car buying experience. He was friendly and explained everything in detailed and understandable verbiage. I brought my trade in the next day and scheduled the service appointment with Nathan. He informed us that he was going to be on vacation for 1 week and would need to ask for Brandon upon arrival for the service. My husband took a day off from work to bring in the vehicle since the dealership is so far from us. When he got there he had to wait a full hour before finding out that no one had any idea that the service had been scheduled by Nathan. When my husband asked for Brandon, someone else entirely came to see him. I tried to contact Nathan to let him know and never got a response. My husband was contacted by the service manager, who my husband says was very helpful and he explained that he ordered the bumper and scheduled another appointment for the repair. Just a day or two later, all of the warning lights on my vehicle turned on. I called the dealership very frustrated at the lack of service that we had received to that point in addition to the feeling that I had been sold a faulty vehicle. I was informed that Brandon would call me the next day between 8 and 9 in the morning. I never received that phone call from anyone. My husband researched the problem and found that the lights may have turned on as a result of not using the required fuel which was premium. I was never informed that the vehicle required premium fuel and never would have purchased the car had I known this. This alone makes me furious! Today we went to pick up my car as the bumper was said to be finished being replaced. Upon picking up the vehicle I found that there is still a big dent in the supposedly new bumper. I'm pissed! This was easily the worst retail experience that I have ever had!!! I will make sure no one I know ever puts themselves through such a horrible experience by working with Airpark. More

Maureen called me, (the Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service Manager), and provided her mobile number as well as business, leaving the message that "my car had a home here in Arizona." She referred me to Roger Bowers, Jr. who is by far one of the best, most courteous Service Advisors I have ever met. I was starting a new job and trepidatious about my car stalling out at lights since it was recently shipped from MI. Roger gave it a most thorough and detailed analysis that was second to none. I am forever grateful for the technical service and care he provided. I am also in the market for a used car. Roger referred me to Nate Schwan, who listens, identifies, and delivers. Nate is a seasoned and extremely intelligent Sales Professional, and it was a pleasure to meet him. Within less than a week, he has found the car that I've been looking for, at a price I haven't been able to find anywhere. If you are new to the area, like I am, do not patronize, frequent, or look any further than Airpark Jeep Dodge Chrysler. It's conveniently located, from Service to Sales they are truly the best. I have a long relationship with your dealership for both sales and service. Just this past Saturday, I had an 8:30 appointment (that was made well in advance) for a simple oil and filter change on my 2008 sales and service. Just this past Saturday, I had an 8:30 appointment (that was made well in advance) for a simple oil and filter change on my 2008 Grand Cherokee. My daughter took the GC in for me on Saturday, and she made sure that they knew we had an 8:30 appointment. They made her wait almost 2 hours for a simple oil and filter change. If that had been me that had been forced to wait that long, I would have certainly gone looking for the General Manager of the dealership. As I mentioned at the beginning, I have been using your dealership for a number of years, and haven't had any issues. Then my daughter goes in and is forced to wait an unreasonable length of time, even though she had an appointment. I am very disappointed in Saturday's service. Jim Kusbel More

We did try and purchase a car for my wife but unfortunately could not reach a deal due to the facy we are very upside down but when the time comes we will be back. I only wish that I had discovered your dealership before I purchased my other 2 new cars that I purchased at Avondale Auto Group in July. We did have an issue with the finance department,m we asked that they hold our down payment check for 2 weeks which we agreed to but unfortunately they deposited it right away wich caused us to have several bounced checks but your dealership did help us correct the issue but it was a big inconvenience causing me to miss a half a day of work to get it resolved. I have asked Jonathan to help a friend of the family get a new vehicle if possible More
Nathan was referred to me by a co-worker, after my negotiations with another Jeep dealer in the area broke down...Nathan, and Rich, his Finance guy, were nothing short of Spectacular in putting the de negotiations with another Jeep dealer in the area broke down...Nathan, and Rich, his Finance guy, were nothing short of Spectacular in putting the deal together and getting me the financing to purchase my leased Jeep Wrangler...I wanted to keep the Jeep after the lease ran out, and these guys made it all happen in about an hour and a half, after I had been jerked around for one reason or another for a month by the other Jeep dealer I had been working with in purchasing this vehicle... Rich really went to work for me, got all his questions answered, so he could go to the bank and make the deal happen...He did his due diligence, and made it all run smoothly with the bank... Nathan kept me informed at all times and there were no surprises, just a very professionally run transaction, that gave me my Jeep and a way to build my credit with the most reputable bank in the Valley...
