I appreciated the the manner in which Airpark Jeep conducted their business. Both of the individuals I worked with, Tyler (sales) and Gary (financing), were very helpful in answering any and all ques conducted their business. I bought the car thru the internet and marty and gary were great! they did a great job with payments and financing. I was not too impressed with the car, the window tinting sucked and I had to have it r were great! they did a great job with payments and financing. I was not too impressed with the car, the window tinting sucked and I had to have it replaced, and the were no floor matts so I had to buy new ones and the remote unlock/alarm only works on one door. and I will have to have that fixed. soo all this costed me an additional $550.00 out of pocket so I was not too happy about that. I plan to buy a new car in about 2 years. I will most likely come back to airpark. More
There was a mixup as far as my coverage and whether or not I should be billed for the oil change. The oil changes were rolled into my financing package, but weren't showing up as being covered. My only major concern was that my down payment check was cashed before the transaction was complete. I had a great sales experience but this is making whole process end on a sour note. I did bring this to David's attention on Monday and he said that he will take care of the bank fees because it was definately an error in the check being cashed on Friday. I do hope that is the case. Gregg was one of the most knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful car salesmen I've worked with. My Jeep went in for a warranty repair & again my service advisor Michael Calu was extremely helpful in handling the situation very promptly & efficiently. Since purchasing this Jeep in March 2010, I only have it serviced at Airpark & will continue to only service it at Airpark, due in large part to the quality employees with excellent customer service skills. Steve did a great job coordinating my warranty issue repairs. The truck looks great and is running great. After owning a previous vehicle (Toyota Tacoma) for 170K miles, I made a questionable purchase on a new Tacoma and had the almost new pickup with 5K miles on it. I've always loved Jeep Wranglers and though miles, I made a questionable purchase on a new Tacoma and had the almost new pickup with 5K miles on it. I've always loved Jeep Wranglers and thought I'd stop by the Airpark Jeep lot and kick some tires. I was introduced to Jeff Walz and after explaining my situation, we went for a test ride in a 2010 Rubicon. It was like driving a Cadillac compared to my old '88 Wrangler! Anyway, our negotiations on price went quickly, efficiently and as pain-free as possible (along with quite a few laughs). Although I took a hit for a quick trade-in, I feel that Jeff got me the best deal possible given the circumstances. Derrick in the Finance department was also really easy to work with on all the detail work. All I know is that when I drove into the lot, I was in a vehicle I really didn't like. And when I left I had a kick-ass Jeep that gave me a smile from ear to ear. Thanks! Jim Drab More
I had my Jeep Wrangler serviced on 1/10/11, due to it shaking on occasion. $296.00 later my vehicle still shakes, in fact even worse than before I brought it in for service. Aaron did state that it would probably still shake and recommended I purchase new tires, which are not required at this time per Discount Tires. I feel my time and funds were not well spent. I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with Airpark. I will not recommend OR bring any of my vehicles into service at your location. April Schneider More
