I really enjoyed my experience at AirPark Dodge.. The Fleet salesman (Damon) worked very hard and achieved my expectations, above and beyond to be truthful.. I had made plans to pick up my 2010 challenger R/T on Sat. but due to schedule conflicts I decided to come in on Friday 8:00 pm.. I had not relayed this to Damon so when I got to the dealership he had already left for the evening to enjoy a meal with his wife.. Someone must have called him because as soon as he found out I had come in he stopped eating dinner with his wife to come back to the dealership to finalize the deal.. We got all the paper work completed and I left with my 2010 Challenger at around 10:00 pm.. The other gentleman I would like to address would be the Finance person (Derrick) he made it a very pleasant experience and got me an interest rate that I know took him some time and a lot of talking to lenders to get. He also gave up time with his family in order to get me into my car that night.. I really appreciate your employees and because of them I will send anyone I talk to your way and I will be a loyal customer of your dealership.. I purchased a 2011 Dodge Journey Mainstreet from Fred. I called the provious day & arrived on time. Fred was waiting & was so friendly. Aaron was great-I actually asked to be switched to him being my Service Advisor permanently, as I have had nothing but horrible service and attitude from Paul Gerhardt. If I could not have changed, I wou being my Service Advisor permanently, as I have had nothing but horrible service and attitude from Paul Gerhardt. If I could not have changed, I would of found another dealership. As a professional, I expect to be treated like one and telling me there is a skeleton crew on Saturdays so that I would feel it was my problem to get in, then that he needs his Saturdays off too, etc. I had enough. The first time I brought my vehicle in, my son and I had to wait for over 4 hours to get the vehicle back, and called Paul several times to find out the status of my Jeep, of which he still had not called me back and I had to just go to the dealership to find my vehicle was ready and had been waiting for me. However, due to his lack of customer service we had no idea it was ready to go. I do enjoy everyone at Airpark Jeep, however, Mr. Gerhardt was more then I wanted to deal with. The staff and Aaron were terrific this weekend and I could not have asked for better care. You may not remember me Henry, but you as well, have always taken very good care of me and my vehicle and I appreciate that greatly.
