Michael Kalu is an excellent service adviser. He gets 5 stars from me! He explains everything in detail including my options. He is not pushy and I feel he has my best interest in mind. I'm not putting forth the time or effort necessary to validate this surveyed review of Airpark Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Employees. However, it should be noted that the entire staff was diligent, hard-working, and cencerned about my needs and everything it takes to keep my vehicle running at its optimal performance. Thank you everyone at my dealership for your sincere time and consideration and the pride you take in your job!! (Yeah I guess 250 characters sounds like a lot but really isn't) ((Kind of misleading. You might want to rephrase that.)) More
This was a very positive experience! Bob and Lisa were very efficient and their pricing was no nonsense and very competitive. I was referred to Airpark through a web inquiry connected with carsdirect.co very efficient and their pricing was no nonsense and very competitive. I was referred to Airpark through a web inquiry connected with carsdirect.com. I was contacted by Lisa promptly and she was extremely attentive to all the features I was looking to get. Since I had done extensive research on my vehicle, I was impressed with the competitive pricing of the vehicle. Lisa found my vehicle the same day and my only delay was the shipping from the manufacturer to AZ. More
Everyone was friendly and sincere. I think I met all of the managers, including the GM. They all did everything they could to expedite the completion of the sale in addition to offering a lower interest r the managers, including the GM. They all did everything they could to expedite the completion of the sale in addition to offering a lower interest rate than was given by my bank. There was absolutely no pressure implied or otherwise to purchase a vehicle. Thanks. More
I did encounter a question on my Maintenance Contract. My purchase agreement has an EC714N, which your personnel could not find in your description of maintenance contracts. I had a problem when I purc My purchase agreement has an EC714N, which your personnel could not find in your description of maintenance contracts. I had a problem when I purchased the car, and reviewed the contract with a new contracts person. The agreement was updated at that time to reflect what I thought I purchased. Unfortunately this person passed away recently. Could you please review your old maintenance contracts an let me know what EC714N includes. This was my second car purchased at Airpark. The first was a 2006 PT Cruiser. I bought a maintenance agreement that covered all recommended maintenance during the warranty period. I asked for the same contract on the Caliber, for ALL recommended maintenance for the warranty period, which was extended to 84 mo, 75K miles. Please review your records and let me know what happened! In the past I have recommended your dealership because of the excellent record, but now, two years later, I am not sure! My sales person was the same for both cars, Lisa Strassman, who is a great person. More
We bought a used Jeep 3 weeks ago. We had 2 sales people promise itmes and not follow through, we had 2 managers in the department not care to follow up. We went back to trade in the car to get a different promise itmes and not follow through, we had 2 managers in the department not care to follow up. We went back to trade in the car to get a different one (three things broke in first 2 weeks with car) and our third salesman never bothered to call us and try to make a deal. Worst car buying experience ever, and it was going to be the 8th jeep of my family. I would never go there again, and almost want to hang out in the lobby and tell people how bad they are. I won't even say what the GM did to make up for the problems, almost too embarassing to mention! They have $3568 of my money (trade in and deposit), but did agree that I should get back the $195 on the oil change package. The commission that the liar Chris P made for doing nothing of course was something that Uncle (or whatever family relation the GM has to him) wouldn't take away. Worked with Suzanne -she was ok- Chris P -was terrible, lied to my wife, and never followed through on anything he promised- Tom (Manager) not worth the air we breathe Frank (another Manager) probably worth less since he kept telling me he couldn't help it was Tom's deal Isiah - never really bothered to sell us a car even though in the end we wanted to get a new Jeep, Frank's top guy for what it's worth GM Coit or whatever his name is isn't worth anything either More
Paul Guithart is a professional. He's polite, knowledgeable, keeps me informed of what is going on in the process. I am very impressed with your dealership that you have hired someone of Paul's knowledgeable, keeps me informed of what is going on in the process. I am very impressed with your dealership that you have hired someone of Paul's caliber (no pun intended since I own a Calibre :)) to serve your customer service clients needs. Never having owned a Dodge before I am also quite pleased with the responsiveness of the car; the comfortable ride whether in the City or driving to California, northern Arizona, etc. I have recommended Airpark to several friends. Thank you! More
The only thing I was not happy about is I felt noel and Mitch were only half listening to me some of the time which created a problem when meeting with mr. Tate. Also after repeated request to see cars th Mitch were only half listening to me some of the time which created a problem when meeting with mr. Tate. Also after repeated request to see cars that were 150 or less a month noel only showed us one car until the manger stepped in. Mitch made up for it. Mr. Tate was awesome. He was not pushy and he was honest and straight forward. More
