I have leased a Chrysler 300C, since July 2010. I love the styling and size of the car, but the computer system has not worked right,since I got it. Yesterday they put in a new computer and gave me a new the styling and size of the car, but the computer system has not worked right,since I got it. Yesterday they put in a new computer and gave me a new set of keys(second time for the keys). They rerturned the car, but the car will not start with the push button, the drivers window still goes up 10 inches and comes down, the trunk will not release by pushing the button in the back, and the car door does not open when you press the button on the door handle. Whether this continues to be the lousy computer or it was returned without being properly set up is irrelevant. The fact remains that I have spent way too much time over the yeear and a half that I have had this car in the shop, because of the computer does not work or just driving a car that does not live up to the standards it should. More

We walked out of our vehicle and as usual feared the typical sales man, we usually get bombarded and not left alone to look at anything... Ed approached us with a very light hearted attitude and very approachable. We were looking at a specific truck we had seen online. When we got to the vehicle Ed was aware of the specifications, price, mielage etc. He was very helpful and offered us a test drive without feeling pressure. After driving the vehicle we went into his office and discussed price. Ed and Larry worked hard to get the deal to a place we were able to afford a new vehicle and trade our previous one in. We have bought several cars over the past few years and have had many experiences with dealerships and salesmen, managers etc. Your dealership specifically Ed, Larry and Alex really deserves the credit for being so professional and fun to work with! Thank you for an excellent experience, I would not hesitate to purchase from you again. More
This is the 3rd time I have brought my car in for the same issue. Each time I am told it is something different; parts are VERY pricey. I did replace one myself for much less money. This last visit, t same issue. Each time I am told it is something different; parts are VERY pricey. I did replace one myself for much less money. This last visit, they were telling me the same part (Mass air flow sensor) was bad. Kept car overnight with no offer of rental and next day told me it was the EGR valve and that cost was over $800. If I had said yes to air flow sensor that too was pricey and wouldn't have solved the issue. Turns out diagnostic fee was not even removed from price of repair when I checked receipt. I call another shop and they can do same repair for 1/4 of the price. I understand you need to make a profit but this is crazy. David was not available when I picked up car on Friday but gentleman who helped me explained diagnosis process. Not sure if you are following what computer says, that the problem has not been correctly identified after 3 visits. More

This was without question the worst experience in 20 years of buying cars. The first salesman that greeted us (Brandon) immediately passed us off to Tate who I'm quite certain hasn't been selling cars years of buying cars. While friendly, he lacked maturity and professionalism, he was very interested in expressing his love of cars and spent no time asking us what we were looking for in a car. As poor as our interaction was during the test drive, that was just the beginning. We were escorted (after the test drive) to Tate's desk, which was cluttered and dirty, his dirty lunch plate was at the top of a very full trash can. The other sales consultants desks appeared much more orderly and clean. Now onto the highlight of our visit into your dealership...we discovered a Jeep that was advertised on the Internet listed at $20,900, seemgingly a fair price for the vehicle so we made the trip from east Mesa. We told Tate that this was going to be a cash deal, so he excused himself to discuss something with his sales manager. He returned with a price of $28,000. He claimed that the $20,900 price did not include the tires, lift, or window tint, needless to say my sarcasm took over and I asked Tate to remove the tint, lift, & tires, he looked at me as though what I was requesting was absurd, of course it was and was stated intentionally as your dealership would clearly not sell a car without the tires or even be prepared to remove the lift kit and window tint! I'm still very disappointed with happened, my wife and I are buying our son a car for his 16th birthday, he was with us when this happened, he asked if this is why people hate buying cars so much, I told him that this was as unique an experience as I've ever had in any dealership, in fact I'm still deliberating about registering a formal complaint with the AZ attorney general's office. I was appalled with what happened and would think that the leadership would be embarrassed by this unprofessional and deceitful business practice. Sincerely, Jeff & Dawne Longfield More
