Warranty Work and Inspection/Diagnostic Easy to schedule, no cars to loan, no uber service offered, was there to get a dealer quote on various items and have exhaust manifold/leak repaired. Easy to schedule, no cars to loan, no uber service offered, was there to get a dealer quote on various items and have exhaust manifold/leak repaired. This was clearly a warranty item! Service pro originally told me it would cost over $500...which fet kike a fishing expedition to be quite honest. The part of the warranty that covered it was “found” after I stated this is a known problem, part of the powertrain, and within the manufacturer’s mileage limit. A little skeptical about going back for other warranty work...and would recommend to others who know how and what queztikns to ask...but not to a novice vehicle owner. I also have an issue with ANYBODY coaching high scores on satisfaction surveys...a practice that I believe should be discontinued... The service was good, they fixed the problem, gave me a quote for other items, but did nothing I would exclaim as above average. More
