This was the best experience I have EVER had in regard to buying a car. The car was for my 16 year old daughter and Nathan was outstanding in dealing with me and with Stephanie...outstanding. I almost changed my mind on the deal to say "no" because the guy in Finance was way overboard in trying to sell a vehicle extended service plan. I think I must have said "no" to him at least 20 "no" because the guy in Finance was way overboard in trying to sell a vehicle extended service plan. I think I must have said "no" to him at least 20 times in over half an hour as he kept brow beating me with his sales pitch. I still need an owner's manual for the vehicle; there is a locking lug on the spare tire and I have no way to remove it; and Nathan was supposed to schedule a time for his Painless Dent Removal person to do some minor work on the vehicle. AS far as I am concerned, I am the most important person in the world when I make a $20,000 cash purchase. I expect to be treated accordingly. More

Wow. That is all I have to say. We were very sad that Wow. That is all I have to say. We were very sad that we could not afford the gas on our Nissan xTerra anymore, and were put into a position of nee Wow. That is all I have to say. We were very sad that we could not afford the gas on our Nissan xTerra anymore, and were put into a position of needing to trade it. With that said, we submitted an AutoTrader appraisal and many dealerships came back with vehicles within our parameters. But AirPark came back with the most promising lead. We traded our xTerra with 92k miles with a Dodge Caliber with 42k miles. Aside from the fact we had to trade, we were very happy with the process. It was quick, informative, dare I say--almost fun. There is nothing I could change about the transaction. However, some months later... I wish so badly the dealer had good follow-up. Allow me to explain. When we bought our certified Caliber we were NOT told that the 3 month bumper-to-bumper extended warranty required a $150 deductible. I am one that will remember numbers years later and this is something I would have remembered. No, it would not have had us go elsewhere but we recently needed our vehicle serviced and did not have the $150. But we did have to spend the gas to go all the way up there to find this out from our service advisor. Further, no one knew what to do about our tags that were not coming in the mail. Thankfully, we got them 2 days before our temp tags expired. Our initial sales contact was great. However, I now have a few choice words for them. I have emailed our sales rep several times with no response. Since our car was certified, we should have gotten a 3 month free trial subscription to Sirius. Not so. I bought a 1 year membership only to find this out later. I called our sales rep and he has not gotten back to us about this. Our overall experience, some months since original purchase, has been horrible. I will never go to this dealer again. I feel like we were not honest with from the beginning about the features of our vehicle and the lack of support Airpark has shown us has been disappointing. Won't be back. More

Gregory was really helpful and not high pressure which was really refreshing. His knowledge of the product was helpful and he listened to us when we told him we were just kicking the tires at this time. W was really refreshing.
