Unfortunately Airpark's numbers did not make sense since the price quoted on a similar vehicle (on a letter that brought me to the dealership) showed Unfortunately Airpark's numbers did not make sense since the price quoted on a similar vehicle (on a letter that brought me to the dealership) showed a $10,000 discount on a new 300, yet the discount quoted to me was only $6,000??? Additionally, the monthly lease price that I had been paying on the 2008 300 that I have been driving was around $450.00 and the proposed lease price on the similar 2011 (new but one year old) was over $700.00. (and the mileage allowance was only 12,000 miles per year vs the 15,000 mile allowance on my recently expired lease) I have been very happy with the two 300's that I have been driving for the past 6 1/2 years and have promoted them to everyone that has driven in mine. I would have bought a new one last spring when my lease ran out, but Chrysler was having problems delivering them. I consequently bought the 300 that I was driving, and am now told by Airpark that it's worth about $3,500 less that what I payed Chrysler for it in May. I have always been happy with the service that I received at Airpark for the 6 months per year that I'm down here,, consequently I would still recommend them. More

Every sales member we passed during the two days we were on the lot made sure that we were doing fine and answered any questions I had about anything on the lot, even if it was not what I was looking to purchase. I never felt like I was being followed, bothered, or felt like I was dealing with "vultures" while browsing the lot. More

I signed all paper likes a idiot and didnt double check the freaking actual price of car, i just looked over the side things like service plan and sales tax and didnt realize god damn liar sales man changed my sale price from 19,999 to 21,000, he added 1000 dollars out of nowhere. I would recommend this team to all my friends for purchasing a vehicle. The problem occurs after you buy the car and have to deal with finance shoving every extra warranty option down your throat. At that point and time is when you want to cancel your purchase and go elsewhere. I was very disappointed with Brad and his constant badgering over senseless after market warranties that he could not even deliver after I had my first oil change. If it was not for the prompt service of Aaron Baez I was ready to ask for my money back for the senseless after market warranties that brad sold me. I was under the impression that I paid for minor dent coverage but when I called MPP 866 number they told me the warranty was never activated. I called brad and he said he would take care of the problem and call me back but he never did. Aaron took upon himself to have the dent guy fix my truck with no trouble at all. I had an extended wait while dropping my vehicle off for my service appointment. When my vehicle was completed, I was not called as agreed. The first service advisor, Roger, I dealt with seemed stress my service appointment. When my vehicle was completed, I was not called as agreed. However, I had made my appointment with him earlier in the week and he was pleasant and accomodating. Upon returning to the dealership to check the status of my service, Jason assisted me and was very professional and helpful. He escorted me to the clerk with my paperwork and made sure I knew where my vehicle was parked in the lot. More
Horrible Dealership!! Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy! First car we bought they told us had a warranty and of course it didnt.. So we bought a 2010 Dodge Ram from them the second time, It was supposed to be CERTIFIED!!! Come to find out later when carfax had been pulled it had been in a T bone accident!! Do not trust this dealership. Of course after we bought the truck we couldnt get anyone to ever call us back, once your down the road they dont care about you. So we traded both vehicles at Larry Miller Dodge ( EXCELLENT dealership by the way).. Now im waiting for my refunds for warranty and gap coverage, I call the warranty company and they tell me my paperwork hasnt ever been turned in by finance department for one of the vehicles, and sadly Im not surprised, so now I am calling my local news station, and hopefully they can help me deal with these scum bags, This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with.. Needless to say I wont ever be back!!! More
