I enjoyed working only with Lisa on making a deal. I do not like getting double and triple teamed when I go into a dealership. The car I purchased was a leftover 2011 Chrysler 200 Touring model. The vehicle had been sitting on a separate lot for awhile, so it drove horribly the first time I test drove it. The tires felt "squared off" so Lisa had new tires put on it. I drove it again and it was still vibrating a little, plus pulling to the right. It was given an alignment and I think that will take care of the problem. When I got in the car to drive away, the passenger side mirror would not adjust and I can't get it aligned. I'm confident that will be taken care of. I did not appreciate working with Alex in finance. He tried to sell me the additional warranty and I did not want it. I told him no, but he wouldn't let it drop. When it started to turn into an argument, I asked him to just drop it, and he finally did. I know it's probably his job to try and sell extra add-ons, but I didn't appreciate him trying to make me feel bad/stupid for not purchasing it, after I had such a good experience at the dealership up to that point. He should also not interject politics into his small talk with the client, as he made some comments about President Obama and the attempt to fix our broken healthcare system that were unwarranted. Time will tell, but I am happy with the value I received for the price I paid for my vehicle. More

While at Airpark I worked with Brandon & Larry from the sales floor and was very impressed with Larry but disappointed in Brandon's ability to answer questions, understand my need for information to ma the sales floor and was very impressed with Larry but disappointed in Brandon's ability to answer questions, understand my need for information to make decisions, or his ability to find vehicles that Cars.com indicated were on your lot. Larry on the other hand was very informative down to earth and reasonable to work with. While I purchased a new vehicle from the dealership I am not 100% sure that the price paid was fair to both the dealer and the customer (me). Finally the finance officer, Brian I believe, was openly hostile when I would challenge his statements and ask for demonstration of what he referred to as "the Law". If your going to insist on a certain policy and refer to a Law that drives that policy perhaps you should at least be able to provide the code reference to customers that ask for it. If you don't know there is no reason to be hostile just indicate that you don't know but you would be happy to find out and send to me in e-mail format. More
