I left feeling like I was up-sold on lots of extra coverage I didn't need and now I'm over extended on my payments and the process took way too long. When I got there the dealer tells me Jeeps are coverage I didn't need and now I'm over extended on my payments and the process took way too long. When I got there the dealer tells me Jeeps are hardly ever stolen now because of the Century key and as I'm finishing up the paper work almost 2 hours later the financial guy is telling me I really should get all these coverages because Jeeps get stolen all the time and I can only get the coverages right then and there and canceling later won't reduce payment. Also, it's been 2 weeks since the purchase and I'm still waiting on the warranty literature I was told would be mailed to me along with information about when to bring my Jeep back in to have nitrogen put in the tires. If I could at least get the brochures on the warranties I purchased, as I was promised, I could get a better understanding of the coverages I bought and have better understanding on what I purchased and if and how much I was scammed. The paperwork process seemed to take way too long. It took 30min to test drive two Jeeps and make a decision, it took almost 2 hours to get through the paperwork even though I was already pre-approved by my bank for the total amount. My wife is now in the market for her Jeep and I'm sorry to say we will NOT be returning to Airpark Dodge nor would I recommend them to anyone else. More
