I received a call confirming the appointment at 11 and sent an email at 1:30 that I'd be about 10 minutes late. There was a response at 1:48 confirming there were no issues but when I arrived at 2:06 i was informed the vehicle had been sold 'very late the night before'. Their solution was to ask if I wanted to view some other suv's that we're more than double the cost of what I thought I was going to see. I feel like this was an unethical practice to get a potential buyer on the lot even though they knew they didn't have what I was looking for anymore. I was a repeat customer of theirs, but now I'm not so sure I will trust them with future business. **Update 9/5/18** I've been called 8 times (twice today) since leaving this review on 8/6/18. Hours ranging from 6am to as late as 8pm. I've responded to 6 emails asking to be removed from call lists, unsubscribing, and asked your sales reps to stop calling. If anyone is thinking of using this dealership, be prepared to change your email and phone number afterwards. More

Quick and excellent service I originally was going to take my brand new 2018 Jeep to Autonation because my Jeep would not start, which I had towed, but they said it would be at l I originally was going to take my brand new 2018 Jeep to Autonation because my Jeep would not start, which I had towed, but they said it would be at least 4 days before they could look at it since they were so busy. Airpark took me the same day without an appointment and my Jeep was ready the same day. George was professional, knowledgeable, took care of my Jeep quickly and provided excellent service. I'll definitely refer family and friends to visit Airpark and see George in service and be coming back and will use this as my dealership of preference. More
