Within a short amount a time we had struck a deal. Between test driving the vehicle, figuring out an acceptable sales price and meeting with the finance guy, Mark Eaton, who by the way, said he could get me in and out within 15 minutes, which he actually did, I was in and out with a new vehicle in right around 2 hours. These guys are good. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Bo and Mark. More

Doyle, the Service Director, takes no accountability for promises/commitments his employees make. They miscalculated the expiration on our warranty, sending us home without the work done because they were busy and we "supposedly" had time left on our warranty. WRONG! Our warranty expired, we were told they would still honor since it was their fault. Now Doyle doesn't return calls (5 and counting), is conveniently in meetings when we are there... This is truly shameful. More

New Ram Purchase I purchased a new Ram 1500 from Airpark. It had a Sirius Radio connection problem. Also, I had after market installations to be completed as part of I purchased a new Ram 1500 from Airpark. It had a Sirius Radio connection problem. Also, I had after market installations to be completed as part of the purchase. The Sirius radio problem was solved by replacing the Radio at no charge. The other installations were also completed successfully and in a reasonable time frame. The entire purchase repair and installation episode, though involved was handled very professionally and to my satisfaction. All at Airpark were concerned about my satisfaction. More
