Terrible experience Be careful if ordering a vehicle using the affiliates reward program. When I ordered my vehicle they showed me how the preferred pricing works. They w Be careful if ordering a vehicle using the affiliates reward program. When I ordered my vehicle they showed me how the preferred pricing works. They wrote up a purchase agreement with the bottom line price matching the affiliates discount. The only problem was the retail price and discount we're about $3k less. It didn't bother me because the bottom line price was correct. When I went into the dealer about two months later and my vehicle was ready they tried to tell me the old manager made a mistake with the contract and bumped the retail price back up $3k without changing the discount. They would have still collected the extra $3k from the affiliates reward program and kept it. They were also very shady about thier financing and interest rate. They will try to jack up your interest rate anyway they can. If you do your own financing outside the dealer they charge an extra $1,000 and tell you it's dealership policy. They also told me the $1,000 was part of the incentivised financing and was included in thier price. This doesn't add up because my price was based off of MSRP and the affiliates reward discount, nothing included an extra $1k off for financing. The only one receiving the incentive is the dealer which they do not pass on to thier customers. They were also very insulting when I declined the extended warranty. Thier actual doc fees were $100 higher than what they originally told me. They rushed me into signing the contract and tried to get me to sign forms that had blank prices, telling me not to worry and they would fill it out later. Overall, airpark is a terrible place and I will never purchase another vehicle there or recommend airpark to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

I went in knowing what I wanted to look at and told them exactly what I wanted and also informed them I was on a time restraint and they were all great (Salesman, Sames manager, & Finance) every part of this Dealership from point A to point Z is on par. I was in and out in a little over 2 hours! That was after a test drive, evaluation of my trade, and then signing all of the paperwork. More

Excellent Bob Phillips was a wonderful service rep. Worked on several recalls, water leaks and a stubborn exhaust vibration. Added in a synthetic oil change a Bob Phillips was a wonderful service rep. Worked on several recalls, water leaks and a stubborn exhaust vibration. Added in a synthetic oil change and accomplished all this in two days, Provided transportation to and from home at no charge and did a real nice job explaining how the new shifting mechanism safety addition worked. I will return to Airpark Jeep and seek Bob's help when and if needed. JR More
Jeep Service They had my Jeep Grand Cherokee for 16 days untouched in their service department as they were waiting for approval from Chrysler Corporate to fix a t They had my Jeep Grand Cherokee for 16 days untouched in their service department as they were waiting for approval from Chrysler Corporate to fix a transmission problem that should be under warranty !! After 16 days having me in a rental (they have no loaners) my rental bill was $600+ and they denied paying it when they were the ones that took 16 days to provide me with the determination that the trans work was not covered under warranty. They were the ones who took me to Enterprise and told me I had to have a Dodge product for a rental. The service is horrible, the service department is chaotic. How could it possibly take 16 days to determine whether the trans issue was covered under the warranty. Total incompetence and lack of respect and consideration for their customers. After 16 days and an email to the General Manager, Service Director and Service Manager within two hours I get an email stating that the trans would not be covered or my $600+ rental. They have no concern or consideration for customers who have purchased there. Screw you as much as they can is the motto at this dealership...screw you on the purchase, attempt to screw you on the financing and screw you on the service. Stay away from this place they have no soul or ethics it' all about profit and incentives for management !! More
