1st “Quick Oil Change” Dropped my 2018 Sahara Wrangler at the “1st come 1st serve” oil change for its first service since purchase. Customer Service greeting was great and I was informed I had an hour at most to have the oil changed. There was one car in front of me. I decided to wait for the service however it took 2.5 hours to complete a oil change. Nice people but expectations need to be managed better. More
