Fast A/C Repair, Needed Quick Service; THANKS to Mike Doyon Lost our A/C (2012 Jeep GC) while about 100 miles out on our way into Scottsdale in 104-105* temps. Fortunately, Airpark Jeep's Service Dept was open Lost our A/C (2012 Jeep GC) while about 100 miles out on our way into Scottsdale in 104-105* temps. Fortunately, Airpark Jeep's Service Dept was open on Sat. We were also lucky to get Service Advisor Mike Doyon. We explained we only had a few days in town and Mike responded. He gave us an appointment for Tuesday. They found a major problem and were able to get the part and complete the repair by the Wednesday. Mike coordinated the work and kept us fully informed. The entire dash and steering wheel had to be taken out and then replaced. The work was completed and everything worked perfectly. The technician did a great job; everything was neat and clean with no evidence that such a major repair had been made. This was a great experience! Thanks Mike Doyon and staff! More

“Bait and switch” and “a Lie” I called and spoke with Damond, the online sales manager about a specific Jeep. He confirmed it was in stock. I told him i would drive in to buy it as I called and spoke with Damond, the online sales manager about a specific Jeep. He confirmed it was in stock. I told him i would drive in to buy it as I have been looking for a white Willy for awhile (they are difficult to find). Damond said “I’ll have it pulled out front and have it waiting for you.” When I arrived (after driving an hour), he did not introduce himself and instead had referred me to a junior sales person...who proceeded to tell me the Jeep was “just purchased”...”let’s talk about other options”. The Jeep had been on Car Gurus for 79 days. It is completely too coincidental that a very slow selling Jeep was sold the same hour I drive in to buy it (besides, Damond told me he would have it waiting for me). Why is the same Jeep is still on Car Gurus? This wreaks of improper sales tactics! More

Change your number after dealing with them I spoke to Becky Markoff, an internet sales director, on Saturday to schedule a review of a BMW X5 xDrive50i on Sunday at 2pm. The dealership is an ho I spoke to Becky Markoff, an internet sales director, on Saturday to schedule a review of a BMW X5 xDrive50i on Sunday at 2pm. The dealership is an hour away. I received a call confirming the appointment at 11 and sent an email at 1:30 that I'd be about 10 minutes late. There was a response at 1:48 confirming there were no issues but when I arrived at 2:06 i was informed the vehicle had been sold 'very late the night before'. Their solution was to ask if I wanted to view some other suv's that we're more than double the cost of what I thought I was going to see. I feel like this was an unethical practice to get a potential buyer on the lot even though they knew they didn't have what I was looking for anymore. I was a repeat customer of theirs, but now I'm not so sure I will trust them with future business. **Update 9/5/18** I've been called 8 times (twice today) since leaving this review on 8/6/18. Hours ranging from 6am to as late as 8pm. I've responded to 6 emails asking to be removed from call lists, unsubscribing, and asked your sales reps to stop calling. If anyone is thinking of using this dealership, be prepared to change your email and phone number afterwards. More
