We first opened our doors in September of 2002 as a Chrysler and Jeep dealer, and eventually acquired Dodge and Ram in December of 2008. Thanks to our wide selection of popular models from some of the top brands in the automotive industry, we have accumulated many loyal customers whom we continue to do business with today.

Conveniently located on 7801 East Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep serves Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Sedona, AZ, as well as the surrounding communities. As a leading Jeep dealership in the Valley, we also hold an annual Jeep Jamboree, where we invite Jeep owners to come with us on a weekend-long off-roading trip. The event has been incredibly successful over the years, and it continues to be a yearly highlight.
In addition to hosting fun events, we also support many organizations within our community. We have sponsored and donated to the Arizona Humane Society, Crisis Nursery, Pinnacle High School, American Legion, and Mesa 4-Wheelers in the past. We do our best to regularly help out other organizations in need.

How about listening to your customers! Other incidental items were a 2 recalls and a multi point check, low priority. Gave service advisor same list when I arrived at my appointment time. Called service advisor at 12:30pm to check on car, left a message. She called me back 1 hour later completely unprepared, asked her about my top 3 items she did not know. She called me back about 3:00pm said the car would be ready by 4:00pm, again I asked about my top three items, again unprepared, she only new the oil change was done. I arrived to pick my car up at 5:00pm, waited for 10 minutes, they paged her 3 times, the she stood 50 feet in front of me laughing it up with another employee for another 5 minutes before she finally went to her office to get my paperwork. They did not fix the tire pressure light or address the pulsing issue. She apologized and said she would come pick my car up at my office. I told her I have to look at my schedule so call me first thing in the morning. She has not called me back. Not happy my time was wasted and the car is not fixed. More

Great service experience!!!! I recently brought my ram in for some recall work, oil change, rotation, etc. When I first arrived I told my service writer that I needed to be on the I recently brought my ram in for some recall work, oil change, rotation, etc. When I first arrived I told my service writer that I needed to be on the road by 2pm to pick up my son from school. I wasnt promised anything from him, but I was on the road at 1pm that day. I would highly recommend these guys,they go above and beyond for their customers and they care!! More

Lied about warranty coverage I went in for warranty work and they said my repairs weren't covered. I didn't want to pay $800 for the service so I had to pay $150 for them to look I went in for warranty work and they said my repairs weren't covered. I didn't want to pay $800 for the service so I had to pay $150 for them to look at it. I since confirmed the work is very clearly covered by the warranty (this is the Jeep warranty not a 3rd party one). I'm now trying to get a refund and will take it to another dealer for repair. More

Yes I have purchase many cars in my life, most of them European, and never have I experienced this. The saving grace for this location is their service department, and follow through Sales folks. So you'll be satisfied after you purchase it, but make sure you don't fall for the crap they're selling at the signing. More
