Excellent car buying experience!! I spent the last few months car shopping, trying to get all the safety features and some luxury. After spending many long afternoons in many different dealerships and walking away frustrated and unhappy, I knew that I was not doing that anymore. That was exactly what I told Ghaleb when I reached out to Airpark about a Jeep and he was perfectly ok with that. We texted throughout the day, prices, payment and such. By the end of the afternoon, Ghaleb was able to get me “the” Jeep with all the safety features I wanted and more luxury and technology than I ever thought I could get in my no-budging price range. After agreeing on the deal, Ghaleb assured me that the price would not change when I came in. I was shocked when I saw the vehicle in person, it was unbelievable, beautiful and LOADED, I was in love and imagine my surprise when I walked into the finance office, and Danielle changed my price…even lower. Ghaleb let her know I was sticking to a strict payment amount, and Danielle took the time to find extra rebates that I qualified for. Good people to deal with I initially came to Airpark Jeep in Nov 2016 because it was one of the three dealerships recommended by my insurance carrier. I had been to another of the three and they were hardballing me on the purchase price. I had specked the price of the Jeep I wanted on Kelly Blue Book website and the price was within the parameters cited by my insurance carrier. My sales rep had agreed to it but the sales manager would have none of it. Airpark was right on with the price that they would sell the jeep I wanted. Their service has been responsive and the service rep answered all of my questions. I don't anticipate buying another new automobile at my age but should I need to they will be in the mix for the purchase. More
