Great Service I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be 1.5 hours when I expected 2 and delivered in one hour all set to go. Incompetent Service Department: Failure to fix issue for 3yr In 2016, my son's headlights started randomly going off and not turning back on. Creating a safety issue. We have brought it in over 10 times for the same issue to be fixed. We have paid $$$ after the warranty expired to fix the safety issue. We brought it in again yesterday. They now think they found the issue and the part costs $$$$. They will only fix it if we pay$$$ after 3 years after they did not fix the issue under warranty. We dealt with Coye Pointer, the GM. They were very unprofessional, did not understand this situation and refuse to fix the jeep. Shame on them. STAY AWAY FRO THIS DEALERSHIP., Tell Coye to fix the Jeep. More

Before my visit to your service center, I visited the Firestone and those guys told me the unwanted repair with cost estimation of $984. I was lucky that I took second opinion with Airpark and you guys did fix the exact issue with engine misfire. I also appreciate for the full inspection of that my car and explained me all the minor details. I would certainly recommend your service center to my friends and others.
