No courtesy for a courtesy delivery I picked up my new company car. Paula gave me the keys and told me the vehicle was out front and to just press the unlock button on the key fob to fin I picked up my new company car. I asked if there was a general area I should be looking and she told me again to just press the unlock button to find the vehicle out front. No one walked me to the new vehicle, nor did they give me any instructions/introduction to my new vehicle. I did find the vehicle and figured out a few things out on my own. As I drove off the lot I noticed the gas tank was on empty - only a 20 mile range left. I called Paula and asked if she knew there was no gas? She informed me - they only do gas as a courtesy. I was surprised by the horrible service and drove straight to a gas station. More

Other incidental items were a 2 recalls and a multi point check, low priority. Gave service advisor same list when I arrived at my appointment time. Called service advisor at 12:30pm to check on car, left a message. She called me back 1 hour later completely unprepared, asked her about my top 3 items she did not know. She called me back about 3:00pm said the car would be ready by 4:00pm, again I asked about my top three items, again unprepared, she only new the oil change was done. I arrived to pick my car up at 5:00pm, waited for 10 minutes, they paged her 3 times, the she stood 50 feet in front of me laughing it up with another employee for another 5 minutes before she finally went to her office to get my paperwork. They did not fix the tire pressure light or address the pulsing issue. She apologized and said she would come pick my car up at my office. I told her I have to look at my schedule so call me first thing in the morning. She has not called me back. Not happy my time was wasted and the car is not fixed. More

Very pleased with the service! Our Jeep was towed into the dealership after the service department closed on a Friday night.
