Long story short, we ended up buying a truck (2021 RAM 2500 HD Laramie and a 2021 Challenger ScatPac) as a result of how laid back Chase was and the great deals he and his manager Evan worked out. The full story... We have been shopping for a heavy duty/super duty diesel truck for about a week and have been to several dealers. We happened to see a couple of trucks at Airpark so decided to stop in to have a look. As is usually the case at a dealership, we were approached right away by a sales person. Turned out to be a good match with Chase from start to what ended up being two purchases as noted above. My wife and I are both relaxed and do not like high pressure sales people and Chase was anything but. He was happy to listen to what we wanted (to include a potential purchase for our daughter), understand our budget and offered up multiple options. Although we were looking for a 2020 to avoid the initial loss in value we ended up test driving 2021 models that had all the bells and whistles we were looking for. Turned out we found both the truck we wanted and a car the wife had to have. Chase was on both sales and ended up working with Evan to give us a number of discounts and the trade in values we wanted to make the numbers work the first time. Again, we were clear on budget and Chase didn't try to pull the back and forth game. The entire purchasing experience at Airpark was great from start to finish. Where the trouble comes in is after the sale. As part of the Truck deal we asked for running boards, a spray in bed liner and air shocks for the truck. We were told the work orders would go to parts and service aftet the deal was funded which is usually 2-3 days. We are now on day 11 (8 business days) with multiple texts and voice mails with NO response. Really? When there is resolution on the afte sale peice I will update with details. In any caee, If you are looking for a no pressure laid back car buying experience I think Airpark will do well right up to the sale. After the sale I cant vouch for since it has been very frustrating to say the least. Wirh any luck we can get the delay and lack of communication taken care of soon. On a side note, I found out today that Chase no longer works for Airpark. Worrying since he was responsive even on his days off and others have not been. More

First off, this is the only negative review that I've ever written in my life. After spending two days working out a deal on a used Dodge Durango, we came to a mutually agreeable price (over the phone) a ever written in my life. After spending two days working out a deal on a used Dodge Durango, we came to a mutually agreeable price (over the phone) and they ran and approved my credit. The sales associate, Gabriel (unknown last name) requested a $5,000 refundable deposit to hold the vehicle until the next morning as the dealership was closing and we were driving in from out of town. I explained to him that I already had my $12,000 down payment in cash and would need to deposit it into the bank in order to send the requested hold. He said that he understood the situation and that it wasn't an issue. At 8:00 on Friday morning I picked up my one-way rental car in Lake Havasu and messaged Gabriel to let him that know that I was on my way. He responded back asking for an ETA. I let him know that it would take 3 hours and 20 minutes to drive there. He responded with "see you then". I got within 20 minutes of the dealership and Gabriel called to let me know that the vehicle was sold, but to still come down to check out other vehicles. In my opinion, this was a bait and switch tactic. On my way home I received a call from the Sales Manager, to follow up on the sale. unbeknownst to him, he was unaware of what had happened. The lack of communication and ethical awareness within the dealership resulted in me paying for a 2 day rental, spending 7+ hours driving round trip, and taking a day off work and away from my family. I had the pleasure of working with Eric Kittleman to purchase the 2" Mopar lift kit for my Wrangler JLUR. Eric is very knowledgeable about Jeeps and gave me some great tips well beyond lift kit info. Billy Young performed the installation of the kit as well as the 4 wheel alignment after the kit was installed. Eric and Billy both did a great job and I actually got my Jeep back earlier than the promised time! The Jeep rides great on the roads, and we'll soon see what kind of difference the lift kit makes on the trails! Note: as for the review where it asks about the people I worked with in Management, I don't know who Glen Drobney is, thus the 3 star rating. More
