It's been a couple of days now, and I still have *zero* buyers remorse. I know I made the right decision, and when you are dealing with this much of your hard earned money, that is a good feeling to have. Firstly, I bought a new Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie, 5.7L with e-Torque, and almost all the options. It's a great truck. If everything that it came with proves to be reliable, it'll be the most technologically advanced vehicle I've ever owned. More than just being advanced, the technology is actually useful. The truck is powerful, comfortable, and it all just works together seamlessly. It would be like driving your living room around if your living room were located in some millionaire's mansion. You don't really have to think about the tech, it just does it's job and stays out of your way. I cannot recommend this vehicle enough, and so long as it all stays reliable, I will be recommending this vehicle often and loudly. My experience at the dealership was fantastic! First off, Brendon is awesome. He really knows his stuff when it comes to Dodge RAM. Not only that, he knew off the top of his head, what he had in stock, and was able to cross reference his in-stock options with what I was looking for. I didn't have to look at 10 or 12 vehicles to find what I wanted. All I needed to do was talk to Brendon for 10 minutes, and then he knew exactly which vehicles to show me. I guess in reality he got it in the first try, because we ended up buying the very first vehicle Brendan recommended. Finally, the price and the negotiation was tough, but completely fair. I actually think the sales team felt more stress and pressure than I was feeling, and as a buyer, that is a good thing. I got a great vehicle, at a price much, much lower than I would have ever expected. Thanks to Brendon and the staff that supported this sale, I didn't have to give up options or drop down to lower trim levels in order to stay within my budget. They knew what I wanted. They knew my budget. Somehow, they made it work out. It's not every day you feel like you should be thanking the people you are paying a lot of money to, but in this case, they deserve the consideration. More

Tyler(last name unknown) confirmed price and the vehicle was indeed there, so I arranged a time to meet. I drove across town almost an hour and met Tyler in the parking lot. He looked over my trade and went to get Durango and we went for a short test drive. Loved the vehicle. We then went into dealership and looked over numbers, I felt like I was being ripped off on the amount offered for my trade. 18K for a 2017 Jeep JK Sahara with upgraded wheels and tires, Amp running boards, leather interior, colored hardtop, navigation... and then to top it off they wanted $600 for oil changes, $300 for paint protection and $200 for window tint. That should have been mentioned on the initial phone call to confirm price. I told Tyler that I would think about it and then another salesman came in and wanted to know how to get the deal done today. It was almost 5pm on a Sunday, they close in an hour and told them we weren't close on the numbers and I would think about it. They tried using the difference in sales tax to justify final price, like that can even be negotiated. Then Mike Rowe comes in and wants to know how to close, I told him it didn't have to be today. This guy is RUDE and ARROGANT. Told me goodbye and stated he was going to throw so more money at the deal which he never did and walked away. I looked over at Tyler and his expression was dumbfounded. I fell like Mike treated me like a punk. I have bought over twenty-five cars in my lifetime and have never been treated with such disregard. BTW, I've been in business in Phoenix for over 15 years and I own over seven franchises, have employed over 3500 people over the years and currently have over 200 employees at any given time and over 100 are drivers. More

He listened carefully to the issue that I had and also addressed a recall for the airbag replacement. He was very knowledgeable about the maintenance warranty that I still had on my Jeep (2015). He took the time to listen what the problem was and fortunately I had a recording of the noise that we were hearing that brought us to Airpark in the first place. He was able to get this issue fixed and in their researching the problem discovered another so all was repaired completely. Chad was very professional in making sure I was informed of all repairs that were needed. If I could give his a higher rating than 10 I would. More

The price of oil has went down and the oil change process hasn’t changed, so it’s all profit for the dealer. Jeep gets away with this by charging an exorbitant price for their only specified filter and synthetic oil, making it less feasible for independent mechanics to do the service. The service manager admits he cringes when he gives customers the bill, but, instead of doing the ethical thing and charging a reasonable price he just shrugs. More
