We first opened our doors in September of 2002 as a Chrysler and Jeep dealer, and eventually acquired Dodge and Ram in December of 2008. Thanks to our wide selection of popular models from some of the top brands in the automotive industry, we have accumulated many loyal customers whom we continue to do business with today.

Conveniently located on 7801 East Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep serves Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Sedona, AZ, as well as the surrounding communities. As a leading Jeep dealership in the Valley, we also hold an annual Jeep Jamboree, where we invite Jeep owners to come with us on a weekend-long off-roading trip. The event has been incredibly successful over the years, and it continues to be a yearly highlight.
In addition to hosting fun events, we also support many organizations within our community. We have sponsored and donated to the Arizona Humane Society, Crisis Nursery, Pinnacle High School, American Legion, and Mesa 4-Wheelers in the past. We do our best to regularly help out other organizations in need.

In February 2022 I purchased a used RAM 1500 online from Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I was working with Christian, an assistant manager at the dealership. On February 17th, 2022 Christian sent me a video a Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I was working with Christian, an assistant manager at the dealership. On February 17th, 2022 Christian sent me a video and pictures of the vehicle. I asked Christian about the condition of the truck and he explained that the only damage on the vehicle were some superficial scratches on the right rear bedside of the truck. I asked him if they could be buffed out and he said that they could and that the dealership would take care of it prior to delivering the truck to me. Again, this was the only damage that was declared to me during the purchase process. Upon delivery to Las Vegas I noticed a very large star / crack on the passenger side of the windshield. I sent a text to Christian and asked him why this damage wasn't disclosed to me. He asked for a picture of the damage which I sent to him. Christian then said he would speak to his manager and get back with me. When I heard back from Christian he told me that they would pay to replace the windshield and that they would send me a check for $250 because "that is what they pay for windshields". I told Christian that while I appreciate them stepping up to replace the windshield, $250 was not closed to covering the cost for me to replace the windshield. I called Safelite Auto Glass and the cost for my windshield is $817.63. I have called and texted and emailed Airpark asking to speak to a senior manager about this issue and so far my communication attempts have been ignored. Do not trust anything this dealership tells you, especially if you are buying a used vehicle. Their response to a complaint with the Better Business Bureau was "the vehicle was sold as-is". So in their eyes they can lie to a customer when they ask about damage because the vehicle is sold "as-is". Two weeks after receiving the vehicle I noticed a loud knocking sound coming from the engine. I took the truck into my local dealership and it turned out that two of the lifters in the engine needed to be replaced. The truck was in the shop for two weeks for this repair. I would not recommend this dealership and I will tell everyone that I can, not to purchase from them. More
