NEVER get service done at this location! I'd give 0 if I could. Lack of Customer Service, Lack of Communication, and utter disrespect for their customer's time runs rampant here. Expect to hear "Well I don't know anything about that." or "That person is not here today". I had to go in 4X to get 1 single issue fixed. The buck was always passed and I did not get to work with the same person twice after my first visit. Even Service Managers do not communicate to one another when something has been escalated to try and save any bit of a relationship. Don't waste your time -- I can tell you I had taken off work 4X to get this done. When they finally agreed on the 4th time to give me a loaner, they try to hit me with "well you need to pay for gas etc." Excuse me?! The only reason I am here today is because of your incompetence and inability to service my vehicle. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! (Side note - thank you to the service tech that actually was in my meeting with Service Mgr #1 Todd -- and recognized me the 4th time to make good on what was promised bc Service Mgr #2 "had no idea what was going on." He was the ONLY competent person I dealt with) More
Bought a jeep that was "certified" and in two month I have dead batteries that the dealership refuses to replace. I am still in my 90 day window and they still will not accommodate me. Sold me a car with active recall. Cancelled deal after I was not allowed to take my car home with me and the part they needed was out of stock and not received until a month later. While I was at dealer trying to make the sale however, Customer service was horrible and the sales team had such attitude. When I was in with finance guy, people kept coming in and out of the room, rolling eyes and throwing paperwork around. No respect for each other or customers. Spent my whole day at dealer going back and forth. Was told the best interest I could get was 5%…my credit is great and there was a 0% interest deal for the charger for Labor Day sale…once deal was cancelled because I couldn’t drive off with my purchased car, I then went to Moss Bros in California and had no hassle. I was given 0% interest because the credit I have is amazing…and got to drive off with the car in about 30 mins. Also, the dealer gave me a better deal on the car and I saved about $7-8k on interest over the years…this dealer here in AZ was not customer service oriented and wasted my entire day to purchase a car with open recall. Be aware when buying from them. Will not be ever going back and definitely will not refer or recommend any friends or family to this dealer. More
Devin Ramierez was the sales Rep I worked with, he was friendly, helpful and informative. I had recently visited several other dealerships but they came up short, not having what I wanted or not willin friendly, helpful and informative.
