I wasn’t able to test drive the vehicle because the battery was dead at the lot. The dealership said they would not change the battery unless I was purchasing the vehicle. Front passenger door chrome trim on new truck was blistered when purchased. Replacement trim piece ordered and arrived quickly. The ability to get prompt, quality, and reliable service is an important consideration in choosing a dealership. I have not been disappointed after two service department visits. My only disappointment (which does not reflect on the service advisor) is the inability to easily get a loaner vehicle when bringing my new $92K truck in for service (in this case, not necessary given that I was out of there in a couple of hours).
