I called early one morning to get a quote for new tires. They had them in stock and service department said they had an opening that same morning if I could be there in about 15 minutes I showed up on time They had them in stock and service department said they had an opening that same morning if I could be there in about 15 minutes I showed up on time they got me in and were done in a couple of hours including an alignment. I probably could have found a better price on the tires but would have the alignment done there.So it was easier to do it all in one place.The people there all always courteous. More

Left home not knowing exactly where or if I was going to trade in my vehicle that day. I had a few dealerships and vehicles in mind. Thankfully Adventure Subaru was my first stop. When I pulled into the dea trade in my vehicle that day. I had a few dealerships and vehicles in mind. Thankfully Adventure Subaru was my first stop. When I pulled into the dealership and started looking at vehicles I wasn’t immediately attacked by a sales person. I had some time to look around. Hayley W. (Product Specialist) came out and asked if there was anything she could help with. Long story short, About one hour later, I was buying my first Subaru! I didn’t get exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, but they gave me a fair price. Thank you Hayley, for listening to what I was looking for and making the process easy! FYI I went back today to do a follow up on my vehicle (Encore appointment) that is where you can take your vehicle back if needed and they will answer any questions you may have and go over the technology stuff the vehicle has that I wasn’t use to. So thank you Chloee C.for being kind, answering all my questions and even showed me a thing or two that I didn’t know. That being said… I recommend Adventure Subaru for your next vehicle purchase. Dylan was great. We knew what we wanted going in but the website hadn’t been updated. All in took less than an hour to get the paper work started. Everyone was really helpful and kind. Personable and funny. We had gotten there around 4 pm and didn’t leave until after 7 pm. Paperwork took the longest. There was only one person available to do the paperwork. He was very nice and apologetic because we had to wait. There were many others there as well and to push things along they called down and had us go to the used side with that finance manager. He was also very nice. Great experience - already eyeing a second Subaru. More
