I'm from Olympia and I went there because they had the used car i wanted, even though it was 60 miles away. I bought the car, traded mine in and left very happy. The new used car had a few issues and whe used car i wanted, even though it was 60 miles away. I bought the car, traded mine in and left very happy. The new used car had a few issues and when I called Chris about them, he was responsive, and he checked them out and fixed them at no cost to me. How rare is that! I'm a very happy camper and would suggest my friends and family go there for a car or for service. Chris seemed very knowledgable about cars and this also is rare in my experience. thank god for the Chris Houstons' of the world. He is trustworthy and that is lucky for me and lucky for the company he works for. In the long run, Chris is the kind of employee anyone would want working for them if they cared about customer service, satisfaction and return customers. So, good for Advantage for having the sense to care about the long run. More
I was looking for a new car for a few days, going from Dealership to Dealership and I was going to give up because car shopping was just not the fun exciting thing it should have been. My last stop was at Dealership to Dealership and I was going to give up because car shopping was just not the fun exciting thing it should have been. My last stop was at Advantage Nissan and I wish it would have been my first after the experience they gave me. The people there were as nice and friendly as can be and they new what they were talking about and their was no pressure with anything, which I loved. Lets just say that I went home in a brand new Altima with the biggest smile on my face. I was extremely impressed with the sales staff at Advantage from the moment I drove onto the lot to the time I left. Sean Chapman never high pressured me into a buying a car and between him and C Advantage from the moment I drove onto the lot to the time I left. Sean Chapman never high pressured me into a buying a car and between him and Chris Houston they worked "for" me on getting me into the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Sean also gave me a full tank of gas and a free oil change. Ed Maulsby was extremely helpful and most honest in getting me the very best financing rate and extended warranty he could and he made me laugh and forget about my pain from my broken ankle. A truly likeable fellow! Chuck Capps congratulated me on my purchase and gave me a second free oil change, made me feel special! Josh Beckner made a follow up call the next day and asked if everything was okay and so did Sean Chapman, making me feel as if someone had my back! I have purchased many automobiles in my life and dealt with a lot of car lots and none of them have even come close to giving me the respect and consideration that this sales team did. They really worked for and with me. THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE!!! Good job men and thanks a lot! More
