They left me stuck to get me to buy a new car I'm driving to Wisconsin from Florida and I experienced engine trouble. They were the closest Toyota dealership I could tow it to. That was yesterda I'm driving to Wisconsin from Florida and I experienced engine trouble. They were the closest Toyota dealership I could tow it to. That was yesterday. They told me to diagnose it would be $290. I agreed. Even though I agreed to the diagnosis it still isn't done. Last night, service representative Glenn told me they'd have to take it apart to see if any of it could be repaired (an additional $300 just for further diagnostics), but if it couldn't be repaired, they'd have to replace the whole thing for around $6000 and 10-15 hours mechanics time. That was last night. Today around noon, when I caught their shuttle back to the dealership, the driver told me my car was ready and to pay for it with the cashier. Oh, okay. Great. That should have meant they found the problem and were able to replace some parts. Nope. They literally left it sitting and hadn't touched it. The cashier couldn't find my paperwork and had me speak with a service representative. When I asked Tony, the service representative, how long the diagnosis would take to finish, he didn't answer but asked instead if I'd spoken with a salesperson. Not sure how speaking to a salesperson will fix my car, but I am certain speaking to a salesperson will help them sell last year's model car that they want off their floor. That seemed to be all they were interested in. Funny thing is, I would be willing to buy the new car today, but they seem to think they have me where they want me and won't budge on the price for last year's model. Later this afternoon they quoted me 24.1 hours of repair time... this was after I'd already been quoted 10 - 15 hours. They spoke with someone and came back with 15 hours. Glenn told me there was an engine available in the city. Tony told me the engine would arrive from Wisconsin day after tomorrow, on Friday. They told me it may not be finished on Friday even if the replacement engine arrives in the morning. They told me hybrid repairmen didn't work on weekends. More

When I came in to receive my last oil change they told me I had to have an appointmen Everyone that I came in contact with was very helpful. When I came in to receive my last oil change they told me I had to have an appointment. The person told the manager what I was there for and it was my first time there and I did not know I had to have an appointment. After that they wrote me up and I was taken care of. They also told me my car was on the list for a recall for the transmission so I made an appointment for that. I was also interested in learning about the leasing program so that is when I came in contact with Mr.. Allen Vincent from there on I was happy and walked out with a 2019. Now I have a new family Advantage Toyota Thank you all.😉 More
