I went to have an oil change and to have him look at a recall for the battery. I waited for the car you took a very long time like about 2 1/2 hours. Nobody really came and said how long it would be which recall for the battery. I waited for the car you took a very long time like about 2 1/2 hours. Nobody really came and said how long it would be which I think they should have done. Also, nobody told me anything about the recall of the battery how it was, or if everything was okay. I would've like to know if the battery was okay as far as voltage and other things. The service guy took my information for the car and what I needed to be done. The mechanic are slackers the service managers are not professional don’t communicate with customer. The service manager did not let me know my car needed additional repair before work order was complet professional don’t communicate with customer. Three hours waited on 4/25/22 no video was sent to customer until I made a complain , the mechanic said found leaking engine gasket. After he sign off the work ticket so I have go for additional car repair. This my second incident with service manager and mechanic not communicated with my car best interest. More
My salesman Ryan was very friendly and treated me with much respect not only as a customer, but as a person that I could build a great friendship with. He called me prior to my appointment, checked on me much respect not only as a customer, but as a person that I could build a great friendship with. He called me prior to my appointment, checked on me throughout the buying process and called me 1 week after my purchase to make sure that I was enjoying my new vehicle. The finance manger was also very friendly, honest and respectful of my time and didn’t try to push any unexpected, unnecessary extras on me. I went in with my own financing and he took the extra step to make sure that I was getting the best rate for my excellent credit score. He thanked and congratulated me on my purchase and told me to contact him if I needed anything at all. My only bad experience was with the sales manager, who never came over to introduce himself throughout my entire visit and sale price negotiations. He presented offers to me through the salesman and never once thanked me, congratulated me on my purchase or introduced himself. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and I ended up getting a great deal and paid the total price that I was budgeted for. More
