I have been searching for a Nissan 350z for a few months now and came upon a gorgeous black on black 2004 model located at their dealership.I sent an e-mail inquiring if it was still available.In less than 24 hours I received a response from Virgil Hennjing letting me know it was.Virgil was very helpful and prompt in responding to any of my questions through e-mail. When my Dad and I arrived at the dealership,we were greeted by Daniel Siddall.He was very helpful and put me at ease immediately. I was actually nervous about the whole car buying process, but Daniel made it seem so easy. He was there every step of the way insuring I received all the right information I needed and getting the best deal for me. He is definitely an asset to their establishment. As much as I liked the car, at first I wasn't sure if I could make the payments. I was amazed that they made it work out for me. I am so glad I purchased my car through them. I am confident that if I need help in the future, they will do their best to help in whatever way they can. They have a customer for life and I will be sure to send more their way. I was in desperate need of a new car. I have three children and our current vehicle was a death trap. I never knew if it was going to start or just die while I was driving it. I had visited many different dealerships looking for the right car at the right price. I had to be very choosy since I am a single mother and needed to make sure I could afford the payments and still feed my kids, while finding a reliable car that fit my families needs. All of the other dealerships salepeople were annoyed at with me and how particular I was being. They didnt want to take the time to help me find MY car. They would show me all these cars that I knew I couldn't afford or were just not what I was looking for and when I would tell them that they would push me off onto another salesperson. They were cold and rude and made my experience very unpleasant. That's why it was so nice to go to Advantage Nissan. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by Daniel Siddall, he was so friendly and made me feel welcomed. We talked for a minute and he truly seemed interested in what I wanted. I told him my situation and what I was looking for in a vehicle and the cost and he never once left my side. He didn't try to shove me off on another salesperson or tell me he couldn't help me. We looked at several different models and test drove a few, it took some time to find the car I wanted, like I said before I had to be choosy. But Daniel was completely patient with me. He treated me like I was a good friend. He was honest with me about everything. I never once felt like I was at a car dealership. After finding the car that fit my family, Daniel stayed with me until the deal was settled and I was driving home in my new car. If it weren't for Daniel I might still be driving that death mobile. Thank you Daniel. The entire staff at Advantage Nissan was fantastic. They all treat you with respect, kindness, and honesty. No one at the dealership made me feel like a nusance because I had to be a little more picky than most people. They worked with me and made sure I drove home in the car that I was meant to have. I recommend Advantage Nissan to everybody looking for a car. My experience at Advantage Nissan was fabuluous. It completely changed my perspective on buying a car. I used to dread it but from now on I will just go to them and know it will be a great time. More
First I am an out of town buyer as in California and dealer is in Washington state. I had a great experience from beginning to end. I bought car on internet an flew up on a Saturday. I was greeted at Seattle Airport which is 45 minutes from Bremerton Washington where dealership is located. I started out with Josh Beckner who sent me probably 30 pictures of the used car I was going to buy and he made every attempt to get the pic's I wanted and described the car in detail. Its hard to see from pictures what your getting and to fly up and buy a car unseen/driven is enough to scare a lot of buyers away. What I like about the dealer is there honesty and customer service. Car itself had a widit light come on (before I even picked it up) and Josh was honest about and told me it would be fixed. It was great the wigit light didnt come on when I was at the dealer or when driving back to California. (BMW's are funky with wigit lights in dash) It was odd a BMW ended up at a Nissan dealer anyway. It was taken to an outside source to be repaired. It was just great they took care of it! Price was also very fair for a 9 year old car and they worked with me on my budget/financing.I have good credit and was familar with credit scores/financing options. I worked with Chris Zeitner (financing) and everything we talked about/agreed was performed/no changes or financing tactics. Remember I was coming from California. I had no real options other then not taking the car and flying home. Everything was explained and no surprises. Given I live in California additional paperwork once processed was over nighted to my office. Whole transaction went very smoothly. I was met by Tom Hill when I arrived at dealership as Josh was not in the day I flew up to the dealership. Tom has been selling cars along time and when I saw the car it was just exactly as described (9 year old car). It was clean, waxed and had 2 new tires and was serviced. (I verified this with my mechanic in SF) Very professional/honest sales person. I drove this car home from Bremerton to SF after leaving the dealership. If something was going to go wrong it would in the 800 mile trek. Car performed better than I expected. I can only say that I wish there were more dealerships like Advantage. It would be great if they could "clone" there customer service/honesty" to other dealerships and particularily California. I would gladly refer or be a reference for anybody that wants to buy a car from Advantage. It dosent get any better! Thank you all again for such a great sales, finance, internet experience. Shopping for a car is never easy. In fact it is rather scary, but not with Advantage Nissan. I was very lucky to have chosen this dealership to help with my first car purchase. The staff there went above scary, but not with Advantage Nissan. I was very lucky to have chosen this dealership to help with my first car purchase. The staff there went above and beyond to make sure that I got the car I wanted. Chuck Capps was very gracious and patient with me, and "held my hand" the whole way through. He made it possible for me to stay within my car budget and educated me on how to purchase a vehicle. He took the edge off. I was able to get what I wanted for the price I wanted, and I believe that I would not have had the same service somewhere else. I was treated as a friend and not so much a customer. Staff was friendly, helpful and worked with me to get the deal I wanted and not what they wanted. My sales person was great. I didn't feel pressured and was given a lot of space to make my decision. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood what my payments were goiong to be and the type of service I should expect when I bring my vehicle in. I wanted to back out at the last minute and they were okay with that But the vehicle I bought was such a great deal and it was clean and ready to go. I will definitely send friends and co-workers to Advantage for their new or used car needs. Bremerton is about an hour outside of Seattle, but well worth the trip. More
I've always dreaded going to any car dealer ship, the high pressure of the sales people tends to make me want to run the other way, I did not find that with Shane, he was professional but with a great se high pressure of the sales people tends to make me want to run the other way, I did not find that with Shane, he was professional but with a great sense of humor , polite and cordial, in fact my dealings with Kevin Henning and Eric (sorry cant remember the last name) went just as smooth and both where friendly and neither came across as being pushy or irritating. A couple small issue surfaced but where rectified quickly and promptly, I would recommend this dealership if for no other reason because of their friendliness. More
