This dealership is awesome. I went in here to trade in two cars that I was upside down in, on both, and asked them to put me into a brand new truck, and keeping my payments about the same that they were c two cars that I was upside down in, on both, and asked them to put me into a brand new truck, and keeping my payments about the same that they were combined on both cars... I basically was asking them to do something impossible, but Luke, my sales guy, showed me everything that I asked him too, gave me his opinions, listened to mine, and with the help of the sales manager and the finance guy, it took a few days, but they worked magic that never should have actually worked out. I signed my papers today, and am taking home my dream truck tomorrow. These guys bend over backwards to make things happen for you, especially if you are military.. I'd send anyone to them in a heart beat :) More
This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Advantage. Each experience just keeps getting better. They were concerned about getting us the right car and let us take the lead. We went home to think about it, even call back many times with questions which were answered quickly. We bought the next day and that was even great. We got to watch the race at Bristol on the big screen while waiting to get in and sign the paperwork. That guy (Brad) was also great. We have a couple of small issues with the Rogue,scratch, etc., but things are being handled by their service department. Again, this is our third car, and the service department is outstanding which is probably a more important feature than the one day you spend with the sales guys. The service guys/gals are friendly and care about their customers. This is a dealership that is well run, start to finish. We'll be back!!!!!!! More

After searching for a car for months,I was referred to Advantage from a fellow shipmate and from there it was history. This dealership goes the extra mile not only to sell you a car but to make sure you as the buyer are getting a great deal and that your purchase is one you will never regret. I've shopped everywhere and Advantage Nissan was the ONLY dealership that got me a deal I can actually afford and help me build my credit. I would definitely recommend them to everyone especially military to buy their vehicle here to avoid all the dreaded car sales experiences we normally encounter. Another good experience. When I bought a 2001 Frontier a few weeks ago I questioned Advantage on if the timing belt had been changed yet. After a couple days I received a phone call from Adam Green the salesman I worked with to let me know that the timing belt hadn't been done yet. The service department gave me a screaming deal on a timing belt job, so I drove another 5 hour round trip to drop it off. On my trip over the ABS light came on, so I left a note on the my service drop off sheet. They looked into the ABS light & it ended up that the control module was going out. Even though it was a used vehicle that had just about 110 thoa on it they repaired it at no cost to me. It took a little while to get the part in, but I was kept aware of the situation. On the way to pick up the truck yesterday my wife & I started talking about getting a new car since our Honda had a little over 150 thoa on it & we have a little one that should be here any day now. She wanted a car that she didn't want to worry about. Once arriving at the dealership I asked to talk with Chuck, but he was unavaible at the time. So, I hooked up with Adam again. Since I am pretty straight forward person we worked out some payment options before getting to far into the deal. My wife test drove a 2011 Altima & really liked the features it offered. So, we proceeded on working out the deal. We had another good experience working with Brad in finance. After finishing up with Brad we hooked back up with Adam to go over all the bells & whistles of the new Altima. Adam spent at least a half hour with my wife going over everything why I did final inspections on the car. I pointed out a few areas that required a little elbow grease. Adam took care of all the areas I pointed out in his salesman attire. I haven't been to a dealership that the salesman actually does the dirty work himself. My wife & I would recommend to anyone to check out Adavantage Nissans used or new vehicles before looking any where else. They don't only have a good product, but they treat you like family. More
My mom and I went in looking for a used Nissan XTerra but we walked out extremely happy with a brand new one! The people at this dealership were honest,courteous, willing to work for me and get me a good deal on a car that suit me the best. I felt that going the distance was more important to them than making willing to work for me and get me a good deal on a car that suit me the best. The transaction was done in a timely manner and there was no hassles. My car was clean inside & out, gas tank was full & on top of that my first oil change is free with this dealership! I have been shopping for a used Nissan Frontier Crew Cab in the 2000-2003 range for over a month. I have found numerous Frontiers on the internet & have driven from Sedro Woolley to Arlington & Auburn looki in the 2000-2003 range for over a month. I have found numerous Frontiers on the internet & have driven from Sedro Woolley to Arlington & Auburn looking to pay in cash. Since these dealerships have been up to 2 hours away from where I live I have tried to work out a ball park out the door price before driving. One dealership couldn't get close to where we had talked on the phone & the other lied on the vehicle description saying the vehicle was a 10. Once I arrived to look at the vehicle it wasn't even a 7 in my opinion. Not only did I waste my time going to look at it the manager was so disrespectful I about took him out. Luckliy my wife was there to drag me out. I had lost hope on finding a decent vehicle from a dealership since I had already had a few mishaps, but I decided to give it one more try. I was looking on Craiglist on 02-25-11 & saw a 01 Frontier that sparked my interest. I called Advantage Nissan at 7pm that evening. Chuck Capps answered the phone. Since pictures hadn't been posted yet I asked for him to email some picture, so I could look at it. Chuck called me to let me know that he had emailed the picture. Since I liked the look of the Frontier I asked him about trying to get a price work out ove the phone since it was roughly a 3 hour trip down with a ferry ride to boot. We worked out a price. The price was very fair. I told him I would be there at 8:30am the next morning. He mentioned that his sales staff would be in a meeting at that time. He wanted to have a good time with his sales staff, so he told me to barge into the meeting when I arrived to ask for some help. You should have seen the faces on roughly 25 people when I walked in. I was set up with Adam who was able to answer all the questions I had while test driving the vehicle. He requested while test driving the Frontier that I drive it like I own it. It was the best test drive experience I have ever had from a dealership. Once arriving back at Advantage Nissan I was able to meet Chuck face to face & finish some of the non car purchase stuff we were BSing about the night before. Then I did a final look over on the Frontier before purchasing it. Chuck didn't steer me wrong it was just as he had described it to me. Advantage Nissan followed through with the price we had agreed on over the phone the night before. The paper work side would have went really quick, but Brad in finance is a fisherman just like me. Us fisherman like to tell stories. Having a common interest actually made signing papers fun. I would reccomend Advantage Nissan to any one looking for a new or used car. Their cusotmer service skills from the owners to the sales staff & finance were outstanding. More
I have a very busy schedule at work. Robert Hopkins went out of his way to accomodate me by bringing the car to my work for a test drive.
