I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Leaf from Adam and Hannah Green. Adam worked with me to make the pricing as competitive as possible, and spent hours walking me through the features of the vehicle. I recently called and was told by "Jim" in the Advantage Nissan used car department that a certain vehicle was in stock. I called because I do not live close to the dealership. Well to my surprise Advantage Nissan used car department that a certain vehicle was in stock. I called because I do not live close to the dealership. Well to my surprise (though not unaccustomed) the car had just been sold about 5 minutes before I got there amazing isnt it. When my wife and I tried to leave the salesperson came out and started yelling at me and grabbed my car to keep me from leaving, I am currently trying to find out who owns the company and will complain. I am also going to complain to the attorney general because of bait and switch practices and to every review website I can find. The funny thing is I was going to purchase a new 370Z in conjunction with this vehicle for my son. Yeah, not happening at this dealership as well I will not be purchasing a Nissan and Nissan America will know this as well. Nice job Advantage Nissan....NOT More
I came in to have the brakes serviced on my 2007 Nissan Sentra S. I started talking with Robert about my Nissan experiences over the last four years and got around to saying that I got the Sentra because Sentra S. I started talking with Robert about my Nissan experiences over the last four years and got around to saying that I got the Sentra because it was all I could afford but I had really wanted to get the Altima all along... Well long story short, Robert worked out a deal for me that blew away what I was presently paying on the Sentra and I walked away with the most beautiful Altima S, (Tuscan Red,) on the lot. Advantage Nissan and Robert Hidetsugu Hopkins will forever have my business and loyalty. More
My wife and I went on a search for the perfect vehicle and after other not so pleasant experiences purchasing, and being pressured at OTHER dealtherships, we were taken back by how TRULY PLEASANT our expe and after other not so pleasant experiences purchasing, and being pressured at OTHER dealtherships, we were taken back by how TRULY PLEASANT our experience was at Advantage Nissan! Carol was extremely knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and extremely attentive to making sure we could get every detail we wanted. She was more than willing to accomodate us. There was NO PRESSURE AT ALL. We enjoyed being pickey about details and they didn't mind. At the other dealership, we were TOLD what car fit our budget. At Advantage Nissan, they asked and searched the entire Northwest to get us every detail we wanted. WOW, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE LOOKING TO HAVE A PLEASANT PURCHASE EXPERIENCE. She stated, and I believe, that her primary interest was in us being satisfied with our purchase, what ever the result of our search. Advantage Nissan showed us how the net price we would pay matched the lowest available from any other Nissan dealer within driving distance. And Ed Maulsby patiently explained the financing and warranty options which were available to us. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed to make a decision or even to choose a Nissan product. For this we are grateful and would strongly recommend Advantage Nissan to anyone desiring a similar experience. And besides, we are very happy with the Versa which we now own. More
