My sales rep Stephen was very helpful and pretty much bent over backwards to get me into my new car at a payment price I could afford. There was never any pressure to "upgrade" to a more expensive model, or to add a ton of bells and whistles. Stephen listened to what my needs were, and delivered the perfect car. Very helpful and never pushy I started off just looking at new vehicles, not with the intention of for sure purchasing a vehicle. This is the first time my wife and i met with Stephen Lewis, who eventually sold us our new truck. He is a very helpful and respectful person. He was truthful and non judgmental and was very professional, even with my two kids running around!He is not the stereotypical salesman that just wants to sell a car and doesn't care about the customer, if i didn't like something about a certain vehicle, he would show me different options, and not just beat around the bush so to speak. Stephen is the best salesman I've ever dealt with and he will definitely get my business again! More

What really matters (at the end of the day) is to have an experience that is centered around your own individual needs; something that alleviates the fear and apprehension of stepping into an unfamiliar setting and putting your trust that you are not going to 'drive' away with something that someone (literally) talked you into...someone who is experienced and willing to treat you as if you are their only priority in life...Well, not too exaggerate, but is that not what you deserve...Well, check out Shon at Nissan Advantage in Bremerton, WA. Best car salesman I have ever come across: Treats you like family, has your best interest in mind, listens, extremely positive, great sense of humor, goes the extra mile and then some. If Pineapple were to go to another dealer for whatever the reason, I would follow...he's that good. My daughter after her very first car buying experience feels the same way as well, a night and day difference between what Pineapple brings to the table versus the typical dreaded car dealership visit. The showroom was easy to freely self navigate with coffee, restrooms, lounge, tables/chairs, TV, WIFI, store etc. The experience, including a test drive, lasted a couple hours but 1/2 of it we were left to ourselves in a relaxing atmosphere. Financing and hardware options of various sorts were explained to us with no pressure and if we said no, the discussion quickly moved on. The people there seemed very normal, without the sales stereotype I've experienced in past sales in some dealers. More
