I purchased my 2020 Kicks a little over a month ago from Mark Kerson, and I'm still thrilled with it. After the horrible cliché experience I'd had with a local dealer in Olympia, Mark's honesty, humor, and Mark Kerson, and I'm still thrilled with it. When I noticed that the drivers front wheel cap was missing I immediately called Mark. I hadn't spoke to Mark since I purchased the car, and he not only remembered me, but my friend I had on the phone when we first met, and what I do for work along with what she does too! Mark told me he would do some checking and get right back to me. 10 minutes later, he called and said they had one in stock and would ship it to me free! This was a $28 part and pretty sure not covered under warranty. Thank you Mark, you really know the meaning of great customer service! More

I found a beautiful black on black on black 2015 Yukon Denali XL. Took a 3 hour trip from Beaverton OR to Bremerton WA for this vehicle, it was so worth it. Greg had the Denali ready to go when i pulled up, it was in beautiful shape. I had spoken to Derek earlier and we negotiated the price so when i got there the process went super fast. Shane was great in Finance, got me an even better rate than i had pre-approved with my own credit union. Over all, the entire deal was done within an hour and half, the staff was very professional and helpful and the dealership inside was spotless.
