Annual inspection and service I had some minor issues that needed attention along with my New York State inspection. I was called in a reasonable time to go over my service bill I had some minor issues that needed attention along with my New York State inspection. very pleasant could not find problem Car started flashing 'BATTERY DISCHARGE WARNING" while I was driving the car, with no accessories on. No air conditioning, no radio. Drove to dealership, and service manager said he thought it was too late on the Saturday, but I could have an 8 am appointment for Monday. I drove to dealership on Monday, and that message was not flashing. So, they tested everything, and stated they could not find the problem, they could not duplicate it. I am still concerned why did this warning message pop up? Told me I needed other work, but I only wanted to focus on what was this major problem for me. Again, service advisor was very pleasant, very understanding, but the reason I went there was not fixed, nor found. More

disappointed My appointment was for a state inspection, oil and filter change. It was done in good time, about one hour. The serviceman urged me to have a throttle body and injector service. I had no driving indications there was a problem. He stated it would take about a half hour. I agreed to the service. After two hours it was not completed. I had to cancel my car wash due to my other commitments. When picking up the car, the under dash fuse panel cover was on the center console. More time was needed to find someone to complete the job. The inefficiency and time delay was disappointing.. More
