Service With a Smile Brought in my 2015 Genesis for scheduled maintenance. As usual I am greeted with a smile, even at 7:30 AM! The process is painless as I left my car wi Brought in my 2015 Genesis for scheduled maintenance. As usual I am greeted with a smile, even at 7:30 AM! The process is painless as I left my car with the technician and was on my way in less than 10 minutes. I picked up my car in the afternoon and the time frame was even faster. Besides the scheduled service my car was washed and wiped down. I travel almost 40 minutes to Advantage even though there is another dealer less than 10 minutes away. That alone reflects how happy I am with The Advantage service department. More

Woops I usually have no trouble with Advantage Hyundai. They did do the 60,000 mile check and the bill was very close to what they quoted. Received the car I usually have no trouble with Advantage Hyundai. They did do the 60,000 mile check and the bill was very close to what they quoted. Received the car back on "time". I later realized they did not find the "squeaking noise". I guess they didn't road test. But worse then this they failed to give the car a NYS inspection that WAS requested. Luckily my trip to the Bronx and then Huntington went unnoticed by authorities. I had to bring the car back for the NYS inspection (they did not charge me). My car will be returned in a while for breaks, front and rear. I pray they do not mess this up. More
