While sitting in the waiting area I was approached by my service consultant to fill m Came today June 13, 2019 for a oil change for my 2017 Santa Fe. While sitting in the waiting area I was approached by my service consultant to fill me in on what the service tech felt I needed. Let me just say I would not have been there at all if it weren't for their screw up the last time I was there for a recall. To make it up to me the service consultant gave me an additional free oil change. The consultant told me I needed a new engine air filter and cabin air filter, (BOTH OF WHICH I HAD CHANGED PRIOR TO MY APPT THAT MORNING). I got the Service Mgr. involved with the situation. After he checked out the problem he told me he was sorry. Not as sorry as me. A despicable and underhanded way for Advantage to run a business. More
Attempt to Bilk Customer Came in for a NYS Inspection, free oil change and to have a tire examined for a slow leak. Tessa Tarantino, my service advisor reported that the wall Came in for a NYS Inspection, free oil change and to have a tire examined for a slow leak. Tessa Tarantino, my service advisor reported that the wall of my tire was punctured and that the tire must be replaced in order to get my NYS Inspection. This was to run me nearly $300 and change. I declined the service and went instead to a local service station. I observed the examination of the tire. The puncture was nowhere near the tire wall and was easily repaired. The total cost was $47. I purchased my car there because I believed the service department to be reputable. But for warranty work , I will no longer use this service department More

While my car was being serviced I went into the showroom l I came into the dealership for an oil change and knew that my lease was up in a few months. While my car was being serviced I went into the showroom looking for my next possible purchase. There was no pressure and Barry was very helpful during my trade in. I left with exactly what I was looking for!! More

Really great. Had my rear passenger break lock up. The Pads, Rotor, Caliper & and Caliper support parts AND the Pads & Roter on the other side had to be changed too Had my rear passenger break lock up. The Pads, Rotor, Caliper & and Caliper support parts AND the Pads & Roter on the other side had to be changed too (to keep the braking system even). The dealer charge for both parts & labor came to just under $1,000. OUCH! But wait, here’s the good news....my extended warranty covered that right rear break that caused both sides to have to be changed. So my final bill, came out to $298 complete w/tax. That extended warranty covered more than 2/3 of my out of pocket cost. The moral of this story? If your going to purchase your car, spend a little more up front. Remember Murphy’s First Rule of Law........$^-t ALWAYS WILL HAPPEN!!!! More
