I took the car for service, including an oil change and replacement of air and cabin filters, as I was going on a road trip. The next afternoon, when I turned on the A/C, there was a loud grinding noise. W replacement of air and cabin filters, as I was going on a road trip. When I called service, I was told at first they were too busy for me to return and what I should have done is try the A/C earlier. I did not appreciate being told it was basically my fault. I insisted to be seen and went back. When I got into the bay, the attendants started topping up the liquids, which should have been done the previous day. The sticker for the oil change had also not be replaced. At that point, I doubted the oil change had been done at all. I was also told to "calm down" because I was agitated at wasting time I felt I did not have, before my trip. Over all, not a good experience, this time. It may have just been a very off day. More
