It was very disorganized. I made an appointment two week in advance. I got a voicemail saying they were confirming my appt for a week prior. I called back and left a message stating that I made the appt for the following week. I made a new appt and they said the day I originally picked was not available. So I had to schedule an appt 2 more weeks out. On the day of my initially scheduled appointment I got a text saying that I missed my appt. When I came for my second scheduled appt, I dropped the car at 9:45 am. I wasn't called until around 3 pm, in which I gave the go ahead to do a service and they said they'd keep in touch and check on another light on the dash. I didn't hear anything else that day, so I called to see when the car would be ready. They kept it overnight and told me in the morning that they told me they were keeping it overnight. The next day it still wasn't done by the end of day. Finally I got the car 2 days later, and all that was done was an oil pan reseal. The parts cost $16 and I had to pay $891 total. When I picked up the car it had two new dings in it on the passenger side door. I bought this car from this dealership and expected better service. I don't think I'll have service here again. More
