Everything was great only felt like Erin was very stand offish in regards to the other things my car is due for at its current mileage. Just wanted to know pricing to go home with and think about. She did ask if I was waiting or drop off, fair enough. But I asked her what would be the easiest, I know I'm a walk in(last minute appointment) and I said well I'll drop off for the sake of not inconveniencing anyone. I ultimately asked about Ubers still being available and she again gave me a very backhanded tone, it just felt like I was inconveniencing her the whole time. Which I understand there's some stuff I was uncertain on, but having worked with multiple dealerships in the past I shouldn't feel like me bringing my car in for a service appointment impedes the ones servicing my vehicle. More
