Vehicle was presented as certified. I came from a bit of a drive. The vehicle was delivered non serviced and not in the condition as promised! I contacted the sales representative and s I came from a bit of a drive. The vehicle was delivered non serviced and not in the condition as promised! I contacted the sales representative and she no longer works there. I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership and I am told the sales manager will call me back immediately. 3 times as of now and no call and no resolution for my Genesis 70. My next call will be to DMV claims and my personal attorney. It’s unfortunate that this was my experience. I hope this never occurs to anyone else! More
