They take your car and tell you it will be ready in about two hours and you can wait in the showroom. They had coffee and pastries while you waited. I am absolutely ecstatic to rack up the miles in my new vehicle. Having purchased from out of state, residing in Boston, MA, I had heard many good things about the dealership, and decided to take a drive down (4x hours) to sample that goodness, and it was absolutely worth it. My sales representative, Paul Su, was nothing short of stupendous, dotting the "i"s and crossing every "t", to ensure complete satisfaction during the transaction. He understood my needs, being from out of state, and my concerns on getting my vehicle in a timely manner while the paperwork, bank and insurance companies scrambled to communicate with one another. He helped guide the process along as efficiently and effectively as possible, providing amazing insight and patience along the way. He promptly responded to texts and emails (some later than im sure he would have liked to receive them, so I apologize for that Paul ;)). Should you be looking for a new or used vehicle, Genesis or Hyundai, I can only highly recommend this group. Along with Paul, I had a fantastic experience with the incredibly knowledgeable and hilarious Frank Deblanco.
