Great experience Staff is quick and friendly. They asked about all issues that I was having with the car and addressed all of the issues when they checked it out. Thei Staff is quick and friendly. They asked about all issues that I was having with the car and addressed all of the issues when they checked it out. Their report of all the issues with the car was nicely itemized, including costs. The waiting room was spacious, equipped with coffee / hot coco machine and bagels, a TV, and magazines. I utilized the courtesy shuttle to bring me to a friend's place, and was picked up and brought to the shop once all the with was done. There only issue I had was that the online scheduling system didn't work - they didn't see that I had an appointment, despite getting confirmation on my phone that I had an appointment. Despite that, they were able to take my car in, check it out, and do repairs. More

Only excellent. Rich is great service manager. I think that the service center just can’t improve. They are the best.
